Mmm, well now, your Daddy was a once upon a time New Englander, so he could get you some "galoshes hip-waders", a big bright yellow raincoat (heavy sweater underneath) ... a rain bonnet, tied underneath your cute chinny-chin chin of course ... and first get that leaf off your purrty head and you'll be good to go. Next: open the door. Next: Lori goes out. Next: Lori will place two booted front paws onto the deck. Next: Lori will feel the c-c-cold battering rain of Maryland right now, she will feel the single-digit temperatures of Maryland right now, and she will feel those bomb-cyclone winds we're having right now. Then: she will slowly back up, bringing those two booted front paws back into the house. She will turn around and look up at the Daddy with her big beautiful eyes, and meow, "uh, Daddy, I think I may have changed my mind, it is a girls prerogative to do so you know. Help me off with all this raingear stuff and let Laz know I'm ready to cuddle and nap with him, purr please. Thank you." And so it shall be, said TBT, your wish is my command. Happy Day Before Christmas from Maryland.
We had rain yesterday too and some wild wind! I did not want to d=go out in that! I suspect that you would not like rain on your furs either! Purrs, Julie
Is that some mistletoe you're sitting under Lori? The sitting by the door asking to go out is just an excuse to sit there and hope somecat comes along and gives you a kiss!
I'd stay in where it's warm - I got no interest in being out in da cold!
ReplyDeleteYou don't want to be out there, Lori!
