Hi Cazzy here, and I thought it was about time that we had a challenge about time!
To see who won the last challenge click HERE or scroll down to the next post.
This challenge is all about time, so I want to see clocks somewhere on your project, or maybe an altered clock, you can use time sentiments but there must be clocks, egg timers, any sort of clocks!
Now it is time for a little video to amuse you while you think up a great project to make:

Here are some projects to inspire you, first of all our lovely:
Guest Designers
Zoe
Zoe made a great pop up box card in black and white and said "Ive had so much fun with this card, thank you once again for asking me to be a guest". You are welcome Zoe - thank you for accepting the invitation!
For this challenge I made a "Birth Frame" for Juan Andres, my friend Jessica born to be. The idea is that she can write on the sign the birth day and on the clock the hour of birth, I also give her two additional signs to add the weight and height of the baby.
To make this project I used the blue dotted background and the yellow frame provided by our sponsor and the clock, that will have Juan Andres birth hour.
I really enjoy this project.

I just realised that I went to pink again for this challenge using The Cutting Cafe images! So funny since I do not use pink that often... Time words are layered on top of a clocks background that has been masked and sprayed with various shades of pink and gold. The clock and circle greeting are mounted onto chipboard and popped up too. For more details check out my blog!
I think this is Cindy's last challenge with us, she very kindly did 2 sets of 4 challenges in a row to help out while Doris and Gemma were out sick, Thank you for being a great teamie Cindy, it has been a pleasure to work with you! Cindy will feature in the reminder post, and vote one more time.
Karen is still with us for another challenge after this - we want more of you to sign up for the 4 challenge spot though, just click on the appropriate tab at the top to enter your link.

I'm back after several weeks in recovery. It goes without saying that I am very happy to be with you again! For this challenge. I made a page using an Teresa Collins printed cardboard clocks . Also I used a black and white picture which reminds me of a good time spent on vacations midyear in 2013. I printed out many clock files from our generous sponsor The Cutting Cafe and using Distress Ink Tim Holtz I gave it color, and finally I added some flowers and self adhesive BoBunny Jewels. I hope you really enjoy this challenge, I enjoyed myself very much and cannot wait to get to our challenge reminder next week.
This is the second time I have made one of these pop up boxes, and the last one was also for a Cutting Cafe challenge post!
More later - got to go out! I'm back now. I used the clock background printed on green card for the card (box) base. The tag was cut out of the Time background and sponged with Distress ink. I added a cuckoo clock and sentiments from All About Time, and I really wanted a cuckoo and found a little bird in a past set called One Spring Day, I know mine looks like a Robin!
WELCOME BACK DORIS, we are so happy to have you back!
This CAS Thank You card would be great for anyone who has helped out...given their time! I printed the background, Clocks from the Cutting Cafe on kraft cardstock and mounted it on black. The saying is printed using a free font..."the Blue Cabin". I attached a glass dome to a clock from The Cutting Cafe's, It's About Time.

I added big spotty ribbon to the front tied round with seam binding from Crafty Ribbons, I used some more seam binding with polka dot chiffon ribbon in the tag.
I don't know about you but I don't think my family "get it" when it comes to fancy fold cards, so I have added an arrow on the back, also from It's About Time, to help.
When the card is closed you can just see the arrow.

Because my computer and printer have been playing up lately, I decided to put all the things I wanted to use on my creation all into Mirco Soft Word and layer them up in there. This is quite layered up with card, (Black, lilac and lavender) but the actual digi's and papers are flat, including the sentiment. In my Quirky file I also had a Bugaboo image, Stella sipping her Martini on the Rocks, which I felt just had to go on too.I've also used die cut cogs and embossed clocks.
Have Fun - The Quirky Crafts Challenge Design Team.
