This sister was reading in the Kroller Muller Museum in Otterloo. I was curious to see their clothes, it was a long time ago I had a look of them so close. Here we don't see them so much in public anymore only in the south of our country which has a catholic population.
Their clothes have modernised during the years. The skirts are no longer to the ground and I even see sport shoes?
In Genoa Italy I spotted a teacher sister walking with her pupils. She still wears the religious habit to the ground but has a backpack!
