I could not decide Tomato with Orzo
Or onion so I fixed both of them.
The onion seemed a bit more festive. Found my individual casserole dishes and then
prepped the toasted bread to go on top. Shredded parmesan cheese for the final touch.
What a pleasurable evening. After diner I fixed take home packages for everyone and then we sat around and talked.
Good friends and close neighbors are such a joy.
