 Saw Letty's on Tik Tok and they made it look so good. We decided to go there. But first we went to the Sci Fi Center. Nick knows the guy that works there and he was giving away VIP tickets to see Suicide Squad next week. There will be 6 of us. We drove back to Letty's and tried the food. It wasn't as good as it looked in the videos, but it was our hang out time, so it didn't matter. After dinner we went to Luv💓 it Frozen Custard. It was really good. I've always heard about it but never been. We sat in Nicks car eating them and then everyone went home. 

I came home and did something I should have done long time ago. I got rid of every text/photo of a certain someone. I don't know why I gave so much of my life to such a fucking loser/user. When a person can let someone else hurt you and they think its a joke and laughs about it, they can go to Hell the both of them. But people like that don't get what they deserve. They just keep moving on with no regards to what they have done to others.

Off the Strip

 After work I was supposed to go to dinner with Nick, Charllotte, Jessica and Stacy. Well Paige called me and asked if I could help her decorate a room for a new client for birthday/anniversary. She said it would only take about 45 min. I asked if that was ok, they said yes, then it was a No. I totally understood and told them to go with out me. They didn't want to do that, so we rescheduled for tomorrow. I met Paige up at Harrahs at 4:00. The guy didn't put her name on the room, so she couldn't go in and get things started. His flight was delayed and we were just sitting there. She told him that she charges $50 per hour for waiting. So he sent her over $100. She then took that money and we went to dinner while we waited some more. We ate at Off the Strip. We each got a pasta. She got Shrimp scampi, I got Chicken alfredo. We split them up and shared. It was so damn good. It better be for the prices they were charging. Oh well it was on the client.  He finally called and said we could go in because he fixed the name on the room. I love helping her. I'm just so glad my other friends postponed until tomorrow because we didn't get home until 8:15. The girl loved her surprise. I will have someone one day do this for me.

 My Raider season tickets arrived today. I could not wait to open them up. Inside was a light up plaque type thing with some of the Raiders hall of famers on it. Super cool. The underneath had my tickets. Each ticket is like a trading card. They will be coming like that until 2023. How cool.

 After work I went to see Snake Eyes with a friend. It was really good. Its a G.I. Joe origins movie. After we went to Montana Meat Company and had dinner. Yum. Time to chill though.

Brandon sent us pictures of his new gf Meredith. He's been sending cryptic pictures with hands and no faces until today. He finally told us he has a new gf. I'm happy for him. I wasn't sure how long it would take for him to get over Ten. Although the consensus is that she looks a lot like her. OMG. Good thing she has a totally different name. Dominic had to be funny and send a picture of him and Caitlin. Oh and that is a watermelon Brandon is growing. Can't wait until its ready and he tells us how good it was.

from Autumn

Today was my first day on Day shift. I couldn't sleep last night. I think I fell asleep at 2 and my alarm went off at 5. I snoozed it until 6. On our Monday's we get to come in 1 hour later. But my Monday is technically Friday. They are making me work 8 days straight. I'm not happy about that. But the good thing is I will be at the pool all of those days. Normally Carol makes me a pina colada, but today she made me a Bloody Mary. No vodka of course. It was so strong. Too much tobasco. But I drank it. While at work I got a text from my God daughter Autumn that she was going to move back to AZ. I wished her well. When I got home, she had left me a plant and a thank you card. That was very sweet of her. I hope things work out for her back there.

 Today we got up and went to breakfast. We planned to go to Red Lobster, but Anna wanted Omelet House. I thought the food was crap. Who serves potato chips for breakfast? They didn't know the meaning of poached soft and the corned beef hash was over cooked. I won't be going back. They liked it. From there we went to play tourist and check out Resorts World. Its really pretty and bright inside. The pool was beautiful. I ran into a few people that use to work at the Palms. They said I should come work there. Nope, I'm not doing graveyard ever again. After there we went to grab some food at China Mama. It was really good. Then stopped off at Burlington. We both got a few things. I can't wait until I can wear some of it.

Had the kids over for dinner and totally forgot to take pictures. I made spaghetti and we talked wedding plans. I'm so excited. Oct 10, 2021. It'll be here quicker than they know it. While here the above storm rolled thru. It was a crazy lightning show and wind. It took my big blue float and flew it over the wall into my neighbors yard. I had to go around the block and ask them to toss it back into my yard. My friend in Nebraska told me that on twitter they were talking about the storm here in Vegas. The lightning struck the stratosphere. It has been a crazy few days with our weather. I love it tho. We need more rain.

Last year I was unable to get tickets for this event. So the min I heard that the Battle 4 Vegas was coming again, I made sure I got me and 5 other tickets. I figured Nick would go with me since he's a big Raider fan and I had hoped Christopher and Kirstin would go since they are big Golden Knights Fans. Nanette said Rick is a big Raiders fan, so there, my 6 tickets were accounted for. We all met up at Lazy Dogs for dinner. Its across the street from the Las Vegas Ballpark where the game was going to be. We walked to the park and found our seats. I was a little sad because I didn't realize I had gotten tickets on the Golden Knights side. I like them, but not like I do the Raiders. So I got up to go get me a poster and Nick went with me. I was going to get one for everyone. While in line to get one, I saw on the big screen Josh Jacobs signing autographs near the dugout on the other side. I told Nick I was going to run over there and he came with. None of the guards/ushers would let us down without a ticket. I finally found one that let us pass by him and that was the golden ticket. LOL We were able to get most of the team to sign my helmet and his flag. Marcus Allen told me I can't sign a million things when I asked if he would sign mine, but I did get a picture. Maxx Crosby was super cool. I threw my helmet towards him but it hit the net. He laughed and someone got it to him. Tim Brown also signed it. After that we got even closer. I literally was able to hand my stuff right to them at the end of the dugout. Josh Jacobs, Henry Ruggs III, Alec Ingold, Damon Arnett, Willie Snead, Jonathan Abrams and Darren Waller were all so very nice and accommodating to the fans. I saw my friend Cynthia there and we just stayed with her the rest of the time. If I left, there was no coming back down. So we made the best of it and got to enjoy a night that I most certainly won't forget anytime soon. I felt bad that I ditched my kids and Nanette, but my kids understood. They got their Golden Knights jersey signed and his hat. I don't shy away from fun or adventure. If I can make it happen its going to. Nick was so happy he was able to get his flag signed by so many players in one spot. Too bad his gf couldn't make it. After the Raiders won the game, we met back up with Nanette and Rick. We walked back to our cars. Nick left and the 3 of us went back into Lazy Dog because I was extremely thirsty. Couldn't get drinks in fear of not being able to get back to the seats we jacked. LOL So we got water and some desserts to share. It was a PERFECT night.
