Sunday, supposed to be my lazy day, but it didn't work out that way. LOL I had a friend come over. When they saw all my clothes piled up on my chair they made me put them all on hangers and hung up in my closet. OMG. I was going to do that tomorrow. LOL probably not. lol Anyway its done now and I can sit in my chair now. My friend stayed for dinner. Kirstin made some sliders. They were really good. Jack, Tina and Connor came over. Its been almost a month since we've seen them. We all swam into the night. Such a fun day. We were going to watch Batman vs Superman, but everyone was tired. I wish I had taken a picture of everyone. Next time.

Paula, Bridgette and I tried a new Mexican restaurant tonight. Probably one of the best margaritas I have ever had. The waiter was cute and pretty awesome. He gave us a free dessert and then when we got ready to leave he gave us another one to take with us. How sweet of him. We laughed, cried, discussed our up coming trip. We are going to have so much fun. Just us girls :)

Maria's, Mine and Bridgette's. 

We found this Groupon for another company that does the painting. It was only $15. Not a bad price at all. So we got 3. Maria, who loved doing the painting last time, ask if we ever go again if she could go. So it was the 3 of us. We met her down at the Silverton. They probably had about 200 people there. I've never been to a painting event with that many people. It was so cool because we all faced forward and they had a big screen up front. That was nice. no twisting your neck to see what was going on. They also gave us 1 free drink each if we ordered before a certain date. That was a  nice surprise. Like I've said before, no two pics come out the same. I love how each one of us has our own style. I love my paintings. After the class Bridgette and I got dinner. I have to stop eating so late with her. Got to bed by 1. UGH! I'm Sleepy!!!!!

I got a text today from my dear friend Diana Reminding me about her Wedding to Frank in Dec. Well I am supposed to be going to San Diego to see the Raiders vs Chargers game that same weekend. I told her I would do everything in my power to make it to both. That is my new jersey that I will be wearing to the game.
While at work I got another text from Austin. He said he had landed. I said WHAT? WHERE? Here in Vegas. I knew he was coming sometime, but not today. It was such a nice surprise. It was so nice to see him here when I got home. Well Bridgette wanted to go bra shopping, so I told him I would be back around 7 for dinner. In the meantime, they decided they wanted pizza. Well I don't eat pizza, so I stayed out with Bridgette. Maybe not a good idea. LOL I ended up buying a bra that I would not normally spend that kind of money on. Its really pretty, but not sure I should have spent the dough. I may take it back. I also got some new undies and a Raiders lanyard for my work key.

I had every intentions of going to the gym tonight, but something told me to check House seats one last time before heading out. Well to my surprise they had posted tickets to see Brooks and Dunn and Reba. I wasn't going to pass that up. I called Bridgette who was getting ready for the gym and asked if she wanted to go. She said yes and that was that. We got to Caesars Palace, had great seats and enjoyed a fabulous concert. I don't know Reba's stuff, but she has an amazing voice. I did however know all of Brooks and Dunn's stuff. I had forgotten some of their best stuff until they sang them. I thoroughly enjoyed this concert.

Took my mom to a very late lunch/early dinner to a place I have been wanting to try since I saw it. Its Lo Lo's Chicken and Waffles. The wait was too long, but worth it. The chicken was so moist and tasty. The Mac and Cheese very creamy and yummy. Mom ordered greens. I don't like them because I think they taste bitter. But these tasted really good. The waiter asked if we wanted dessert. I didn't, but she did. She got peach Cobbler ala mode. She wolfed that down so quick. If I wanted some I would have had to fight her for it. LOL jk I didn't want any.

After a long day at work, I got ready to go to Dina's son's baby shower. Him and his wife are having their first baby the first week of Oct. Dina's hoping sooner. I bet Tarah hopes so too. lol I have never seen so many people at a shower before. They got lots of nice things. It was nice that she invited me and my mom to go. I wouldn't have missed it for the world. After the shower, Bridgette met me at the house and we headed down to Fremont street for the concert tonight. It was a couple of Rap groups and DJ Bomba spinning the records. (earlier in the day) I got a friend request on Facebook from this guy Jimmy who I bought the mug from yesterday. I noticed we had a similar friend. I asked him how he knew him. Come to find out he went to Arroyo HS where I went and was one of my brothers dear friends. I knew after that, the name sounded familiar. It was cool hooking up with him and his wife. We gave the guys in the rap group a ride back to their hotel. Bridgette is a little slow when it comes to guys LOL she hasn't learned from me yet how to flirt. JK anyway I think one of them was into her. She didn't catch on until too late. I couldn't stop laughing at her waving them off as I was thinking hey they want to hangout with us. It all worked out in the end. He deleted a couple of people to add her as a friend and the rest is............For them to figure out!

RAIDER NATION TAKEOVER 2016..........its here!!!! I was so happy that Bridgette wanted to go with me. We headed down after I got off work to the California hotel. We joined a about 100 or more, not sure Raider fans on the first annual pub crawl. We met some fun people. Us Raider fans aren't that bad. We are just passionate about our team. Bridgette was very proud of herself working a deal on a mug and beer cans for me. Little did she know it wasn't a deal. LOL Its all good. I love them no matter the cost. Even though I think I could have talked him down at least $10 bucks. LOL We met Jerry Robinson, former line backer for the Raiders. He hung out all weekend with the group. Very friendly. After a couple of stops we headed down to the SLS to the Foundry for the Joe Nichols concert. I had gotten tickets last night. We met up with her friend Jamie and her daughter Sarah. Once inside I ran into Clark Spendlove and his wife Julie. I use to work with both of them at Fong/Thompson Elementary schools. He had a spot up front so we went up there with them. That was perfect. Got to Play Joes guitar. Sarah has that on video. I hope I get a copy of it. I also ran into a couple of the teachers from Fong. Lynn Ivey and Beth Moore. So much fun. When the concert was over we drove back down to Fremont street had a very late dinner/very early breakfast. Got to see Raider Mystic and Mr Greenleaf. They are a Raider Rap group that will be performing tomorrow night. I think Bridgette is crushing on Raider Mystic. Got to bed by 12:30. Such a fun night.

meet the newest member of our family. this is Jasmine. And I am not happy. One thing I don't like is snakes. But here she is. I will absolutely kill someone if this thing gets out of its home. Christopher is allergic to cats and dogs, so they went with this. I wonder which of the two will get the honors of feeding it little mice. Ewwwww!!!!!!!

On the headache front, its gone for the most part because Robert came to my work again and brought me some migraine meds. I took two and by 1 I was feeling so much better. I think I can actually focus now. He's a God send.

My new best friend. Blood pressure monitor. I've had a headache for over a week now and everyone thought maybe my pressure was up. Robert went and picked me up this handy dandy machine to check it. It was a little high but still in the normal range. So its not that, that is causing my headache. I'm not sure what it could be. Stress? Possibly. But life is good right now, so not sure what it is. Came home and slept. I feel better when I sleep. I also started a diet with My boss. Its the grapefruit/Dr Oz. maybe that's why I have a headache, this stuff tastes like shit!!!! But I need to drop at least 10 by Aug. I wish it were more, but that ain't happening unfortunately.

My Girl Crush!

Its a full moon tonight

Still have my headache, didn't really want to go to work, but I did. Once I got there they tell me the computer has been down since yesterday at 3:00 pm. Makes for a crappy day. I have to do all the entries on a notepad. And when the computer comes back up, I'll have to post all the entries into the program. Well it finally came up around 2. I had all of my stuff from the day plus over night and swing yesterday. Didn't help my headache at all. I had to get a 800 motrin from Nicole, my boss. I got all but about 30 entries entered. I came home and got ready to go to the gym. I like my Tuesday class. Mixxed Fit. I have this major crush on the instructor. Don't ask me why....Well I know why. She has such great confidence even though she's not the typical instructor body type. She oozes sex appeal. I've never had a crush on a girl before. Its kind of funny. She is going to come to the house one day and teach us how to be sexy. LOL I'd like to see that happen. May come in handy in less than 3 weeks ;)
