Finally framed

 I had a little get together today just to hang out. With everyone's schedule different now (mostly me) Only Sunday and Mondays can we get together. Jessica, David, lil David, Nanette, Bridge, Nick and then Paige came over later. I got most of the food cooked before everyone got there. Nick brought the carne asada so I grilled that up and we were set. We swam, talked and ate. Nick put my signed jerseys in the frames for me. He is such a great guy. He is going to make some girl extremely happy. The body came over later. We just chilled and had a glass of wine. (I don't even like wine lol)  Very relaxing day.

 So I planned on having a bbq today with a few people I know. But some couldn't come today, so we changed it to Monday, Memorial day. I forgot to tell Dana that we changed the days, so she took the day off and planned on having her family over. I felt so bad, but she was ok with it. She made so much food. Last night my friend Cynthia says shes in town until Monday. I invited her over Monday, but she said she's leaving really early Monday. So I invited her to come today. Not knowing at the time she was with her 3 boys, ex husband, step daughter and her 4 kids. It turned out ok. Everyone had a great time today. So much food and sun time. It was good to see her. Hopefully in July I'll see her again.

 Damn I must be drunk.....jk, why are my pictures so blurry? I was having a very emotional day today. You would think I was PMSing. Well Jessica said she was out with Stacy and to stop by to get a hug after work. I thought ok. Well I was talking to Jacob and Zach and they heard I was going there so they wanted to go. I guess more the merrier. I/we got our hug, but I didn't get a picture of her and Stacy. They left soon after. Jessica had to go get to bed. She has work in the morning. The guys and I stayed until about 2. It was nice to hang out with them. I don't see much of Zach anymore since he went outside to be a bike officer.

 That is Mary, I've been told I look like her. I was a little sad about that. The above picture isn't the best of me, I was facing the sun. lol But she is one of our pool officers. Joe set up a little seating area for us. Not sure we can use it. But the view is nice. We can see the whole pool area. On the way home, there was a huge accident. Sucks when its after work and you want to get home. Tonight it took me an hr.

 Dominic is in North Carolina for the Track Nationals. Dejavu from last yr. He has 5 girls that made it. They will compete this weekend. I wish them Luck. Last year his team didn't get to compete because of covid. Thank God they can this yr. 

I had to go to the bank for some paperwork, while there I asked the guy about this Cajun Kitchen place. Every time I've gone by its been closed. He said it was closed Mon/Tues. And it opens at 11 Wed-Sun. Since it was 11 when I was done, I walked across the parking lot and got me a shrimp plate. It was really flavorful. And they give you a free piece of cake that was bomb. I can't wait to go on a Saturday for their boils. Looks like I don't have to stress over the shift bid. Someone else with higher seniority signed it, so that means I won't get it. I guess that was my sign that I need to stay on Swing.

Super moon over Vegas. 

 So I found this clothing company on Tik Tok. Everyone is doing a Shein haul. They buy a ton of clothes from them and try it on and now I'm obsessed. This is probably my 3rd batch and I have 3 more coming. Some of the clothing you can tell is cheaply made, but that is why its so fun. You can get some shirts less than $5. You do have to know your measurements. I can buy a med all the way up to 2xl it all depends on how its made. This shipment I got a bunch of shirts some ripped jeans and a dress. The dress, well its pretty skimpy. I will definitely have to lose about 20 lbs to look good in it and buy me some tape to stick the dress to my front side. LOL But all in all I love everything I got. 

At work today one of the guys on day shift transferred to another casino. That means his shift goes up. I signed for it, but I'm torn. The days off are Mon/Tues. That would mean I would have to use my vacation time to see games on Sunday. But It gets me off Swing. I love my swing days off Sun/Mon and the supervisor. The day shift supervisor I can't stand. Please keep me in your prayers that I make the right choice.

deadly attraction

I lit my candle last night at 10:30. Its one of the smaller ones, so it should burn for about 6 hrs. Well this candle burned for 16 hrs. I was shocked. Wonder what that means? Anyhow, I got ready for work. My Monday. I have been trying to wear a little more makeup on my eyes. I'm not great at it, but today I felt Cute. When I got to work I got a lot of compliments. It was a nice feeling. While at work I saw a lady fall. I had to do a report. I knew I had forgotten to put one thing down in the report so I was going to tell my supervisor. He called me into his office. I was thinking oh shit he saw that before I could tell him. He said no, I wanted to tell you I think your report was GREAT!!!! He also said thank you again for helping him out with 2 incidents last week. He said he didn't realize how much I knew and that I did a great job. I told him that no one here has even attempted to see what I can do. He said he has been taking note of it and is very pleased with my work. Do you know how nice it is to hear that? He said he would be willing to put me in some of the leadership classes once they start back up. That would be cool. That is what I was going to be doing at the Palms before Covid shut things down.

 What a long day, but somewhat productive. I saw an ad on Facebook for facial threads. I made an appointment for a consultation. I'm pretty interested in it, as its not real surgery on the face. The only thing holding me up is the financing. I hope I get approved. After I went looking for some shoes. I want a nice pair of white sneakers. I ended up buying makeup, a beach cover up, a yellow blouse instead. First yellow shirt I've bought. lol No shoes. Then I was going to go with Nick to the Art District for dinner and walk around, but the place we were going to go to is closed on Monday's. Thank God both of us checked the site. We ended up at Jessie Rae's BBQ. Its next to the stadium. I've never been. It was so good. I brought most of mine home. I'm trying not to eat so much. I think its working. I was a little upset because they ran out of ribs, but we could have gotten some had the girl come and taken our order before taking the 2 tables that came in behind us. Oh well, gives me another reason to go back.

 This morning I went to Novuskin to do my laser treatment, but they wouldn't do it since I am currently working out at the pool. They said it would cause more pigmentation to my face. Something we are trying to get rid of. So instead I had a Venus Freeze lifting and toning. I guess I didn't because I had my popcorn. LOL We decided to go to dinner after. It was about 4:30. Kind of early for me, but better than later. We went to John Cutters. 1/2 priced steaks all day. We both got the Ribeye. I took most of mine home. I ate too much popcorn. From there we went to Costco and then to Marshals. It was a fun busy day.

 My friend Yvonne makes these shirts. She made me one for Charles Woodson making it into the Football Hall of Fame this yr. He is one of my all time favorite players. I got this in the mail today. I can't wait to wear it.

Brandon sent pics of his potato plant. Its starting to really grow. He even has strawberries. How cool. I saw that they are opening a Nightmare Cafe in the Arts District. I can't wait to go there. I think it would be so cool. They said the food will be like fried chicken and Mac n Cheese. Stuff like that. Hurry up and open.

 My favorite thing right now is tik tok. I can watch for hours especially when I can't sleep. I send a lot of food ones to Nick. Well I sent him one last night and today he asked if I wanted to go to lunch to the one I sent him. It was for a Mexican restaurant that has all you can eat tacos. (I found out after reading the menu only on Wednesdays). So of course I'm going to say yes. I got ready for work and met him at La Vecindad. It was pretty good. We timed it perfectly. He didn't want me running thru the parking lot to clock in. hahaha, I'm always doing that. I think I may have found him a date. We shall see. I hope she calls him. They would be good together. That is how much I like this guy. I want to see him happy. He's so awesome.

Brandon planted a potato and it is now starting to sprout up. Soon he will be able to make papas for breakfast. LOL 

This is Joe. He's hilarious. He doesn't ever stop. I told him once I don't know how your wife does it. You would drive me nuts. But he is a great guy. He is on day shift and working the pool like I am. He takes his phone out all the time. Took this picture of us today. If that were me, I'd probably get caught. It was a nice windy day out. Thankfully only 4 people in the pool and no accidents.

I have been very generous with a couple of people. Did they take advantage of me, YES!!!! It really sucks to see these 2 people spending money and not giving a shit about paying me back. I was there for them (One for years) when they really needed it. Now that I'm in need, all I see is name brand stuff and equipment being bought with no regards to me. I hear all the time, I'm gonna pay you back, but never see a dime. I hope Karma bites you. One day you are going to really need help and I hope you don't get it. I have a generous and wonderful heart. One day good karma will come my way for being kind and loving. I hope you both get what you deserve!

Is Sweets

 Didn't have much going on today other than laying out and waiting for Cox cable to show up. I'm having issues with tv's in the house not working again. I don't know why they keep going out. Well they showed up early. Thank God, otherwise I might have had to cancel dinner with Nick and Jessica and her aunt. I'm glad I didn't have to. We went to Fuku burger. I got the breakfast burger with egg on it. It was ok. I'm not a fan of this place. After we went to Is Sweets. We got a brownie, crepe cake, and honey toast to share. Ugh, I'm so weak when it comes to food. I love to eat.
