THRIFTY CHRISTMAS FINDS

One of the things I love about this time of the year is all the fun Christmas items you can find in the thrift stores.
I love Hallmark ornaments and finding some new with tags on them made me so happy.  The Angel was originally $9.99 and the frame was $5 my price for each??
49 cents!
Another Hallmark ornament designed by Marjolein Bastin and again 49 cents
This cute little Snowman bell was again.... 49 cents

I found a bag of large Christmas bulbs for 50 cents
I put them in this glass bowl and I like how they look
This vintage piece caught my eye in a thrift shop a few weeks ago and I didn't get it.  I went back the other day and it was still there...
this time I paid the $1 and brought it home

I need to go work on my Thrifty Tablescape for Sat's party but I'm linking this up to Diann's

If you want to see my Christmas tree go to my other blog..Viewing My World and see today's post!

Hugs,
Linda

I really like that Hallmark ornament. Good price too. Today I stopped in a small charity store to drop of something and came away with a Forest green Vase, an elf shelf sitter, and a pink angel bell for my grandaughter. If I have time I'll join in on Diann's Thrify Things Friday. ~Ames

Another one of your awesome thrifty treasure hunts. I love the look of glass bulbs sitting in a pretty dish. Great job.

Love the idea of the C9 light bulbs in the bowl! I never thought of that although I used to fill a large bowl with ornaments and ribbon curls. Maybe I will have to steal your idea, K?

I love your finds, especially that little mailbox!
i am a big Goodwill shopper and I can't even count how many Hallmark ornaments I have purchased from there and I love seeing the original price then looking at the price tag to see how cheap I am getting them for. Nothing beats that feeling!

I recently had great luck at a thrift store and found two sets of lovely wooden candle sticks. They were perfect on my Thanksgiving tables! Come see them on my Thanksgiving tablescape post.

I had been thinking about finding some of those big old Christmas light bulbs to put in a bowl, but I haven't been as lucky as you yet!

Yours look great....in the meantime, I will keep looking............
