Bu kitap; duygusal ve davranışsal bozukluklara sahip öğrenciler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak isteyen sınıf öğretmenleri, özel eğitim öğretmenleri ve alanda çalışan uzmanlar için hazırlanmış giriş niteliğinde bir uygulama kitabıdır. Her bir bozukluğun nedeni, tanımlanması, güncel araştırmalar ışığında verilmeye çalışılmış ve okul ortamındaki pratik uygulamalarla da anlatım zenginleştirilmiştir. Bunlara ek olarak belirli bir bozukluğun tüm yönlerine ilişkin temel yaklaşımla birlikte bilimsel olarak geliştirilmiş müdahele yöntemleri de verilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Technology has transformed each and every aspect of economy with its midus touch. Education is also no exception. Application of technological innovations in the field of education has created new frontiers. This integration of technology with the traditional
education system has resulted into a new breed of firm, popularly known as ‘Edtechs’. These firms can offer unique services that traditional education system could hardly imagine. As a result, across the globe, this sector is experiencing significant growth. However, the level of expansion the Indian Edtech industry have achieved during the recent years, is truly appreciating. The change and growth have been visible across all the segments of the education system. The growth has further been supported by the unfortunate advent of Covid-19 pandemic crisis. In this context, the present article attempts to provide an overview of the success story of this sector. It also tries to look into the drivers of such growth. Finally, the article assesses the growth potential of this sector in the New Normal and attempts to highlight its future challenges.

The costs of the savings: the case of innovative start-up limited liability companies

The article deals with the peculiar case of the Italian so-called "innovative start-up limited liability companies", which, at a certain point, were allowed to be incorporated by means of a private (i.e. unnotarized) deed, digitally signed, although through a ministerial decree which was later definitively annulled by a Council of State decision. This raises the need to precisely determine the consequences of such an annulment, which is considered as a hypothesis of supervening "nullity" of the company, and the ways in which this "nullity" can be rectified. The paper concludes with more general considerations about the actual cost of this kind of rough simplifications, aimed to obtain (illusory) savings.

Farklılığı ortadan  kaldırmaya çalışmak yerine; onu anlamaya ve nasıl yöneteceğimizi keşfetmeye başladığımızda, yolumuz anlaşmazlıklarımızı nasıl yöneteceğimizden geçmektedir. Anlaşmazlıkları nasıl yöneteceğimiz üzerine odaklandığımızda, karşımıza en temel yaklaşım ve paradigma olan "dönüşümsel arabuluculuk" çıkmaktadır.Dönüşümsel arabuluculuğun alanyazına en önemli katkısı, anlaşmazlık çözüm sürecinin toplumsal değerlerden ve kültürden bağımsız olmadığı,ideolojimizin ve inanç tarzımızın anlaşmazlıklara ilişkin değerlendirmelerimizi, tutumlarımızı ve anlaşmazlıklarımızı ele alış tarzımızı etkilediği düşüncesidir. Yine, dönüşümsel arabuluculuğun en ayırt edici özelliği, anlaşmazlıkları yönetim sürecinin, kişileri dönüştürebileceğine, geliştirebileceğine ve güçlendirebileceğine yönelik yapıcı ve olumlu duruşudur.

Bush ve P. Folger tarafından geliştirilen "dönüşümsel arabuluculuk modeli" ülkemizde, her sene mahkemelere taşınan yüz binlerce anlaşmazlığı, çekişmeyi ve ayrışmayı yüz yüze müzakere ederek yapıcı ve barışçıl olarak çözme kapasitesini güçlendirmek için bir fırsat ve araç olacaktır. Cezalandırıcı adalet anlayışından, onarıcı adalet anlayışına dönme çabalarına ışık tutacaktır.

Bu eser,içerdiği alternatif paradigma çerçevesinde hukuk sistemimize yeni giren arabuluculuk modelinin doğru ve amacına uygun kullanılması için de referans olacak anlamlı ve önemli bir eserdir. Buna ek olarak, anlaşmazlık çözümü üzerine çalışan hukukçulara, psikologlara, psikolojik danışmanlara, eğitimcilere, psikiyatristlere ve sosyal çalışmacılara hem kurumsal anlamda hem de somut anlaşmazlıkların ve çatışmaların yapıcı ve barışcıl yönetimi konusunda yol gösterecek temel bir başvuru kaynağı olacaktır.

Purpose of the paper: In recent years, the Pharma Industry (PI) has undergone radical changes in R&D management. It is estimated that between 1/3 and ½ of every dollar spent on R&D from pharma companies now goes to Contract Research Organizations (CROs). The main purpose of our paper is therefore to interpret major features and changes underpinning the CRO's role in the PI. Methodology: The starting point for our work is a literature review on structural changes affecting the PI. Then, by means of a structured questionnaire, key data on Italian CROs was gathered. Finally, we collected additional first-hand information to better define emerging CRO business models. Findings: Our study highlights that in the beginning, CRO development was mainly driven by large pharma outsourcing strategies. Currently, CROs also represent an ideal, ready-to-use technological infrastructure for small emerging biotech companies. Moreover, we have identified four business models that describe CROs' strategic approach, i.e. a transactional outsourcing model, a functional outsourcing model and virtual outsourcing models mode 1 and mode 2. Research limitations: Further investigation will be useful to understand emerging business models in Italy and in other national innovation systems and to appreciate the changing role of CROs in the strategic management of biopharmaceutical innovation. Research and managerial implications: Results could indicate CRO's next step towards so-called " virtual model " , to meet the expectations of the most dynamic open innovation approaches in PI. Originality/value of paper: The article, to the authors' best knowledge, is the first study related to the strategy and structure of Italian CROs.

This chapter considers the relationship between the U.S. federal income tax system and innovation, using the sharing economy as a focal point for analysis. It makes two main points. First, the tax system is currently a questionable tool for encouraging innovation. Regulators are understandably concerned that taxpayers will use tax incentive provisions in unanticipated ways, and thus are inclined to tightly limit such provisions’ scope. This reduces incentive provisions’ net benefit to taxpayers, and can even cause such provisions to miss their marks entirely. Moreover, small and new companies are key drivers of innovation, and evidence suggests that they are relatively unresponsive to tax incentives.

Second, innovation can help improve the tax system. To fix a problem, one must first identify it; innovation provides opportunities to see where tax law is achieving its goals and where it is falling short. The sharing economy experience suggests some strengths, such as the tax system’s definition of income, as well as weaknesses, such as the dividing line between independent contractors and employees.

This study aims to articulate the students' perception about cyber bullying, particularly on social media. Even though ICT technology provides a large number of benefits, particularly those who are young, as Campbell (2005) has pointed out that it has also a "dark side" (p. 68). Particularly after the intensive and extensive use of the social media, the impact of the cyberbullying has dramatically increased, but it is rarely discussed and prevented. Hence, in this study, the forty-five participants were selected from two different universities and by using phenomenological analysis (Moustakas, 1994), eight research questions were answered in the semi-structured interviews, which were approximately 45 minutes in length. By gathering theoriginal data were gathered from 'naive' descriptions the experiences related to cyber bullying were taken into account based on reflection and interpretation of the participant's different stories. The collected data were analyzed in Atlas.ti 6 in order to make depth study. Additionally, there were limitations in terms of selecting the participants since a few students wanted to share their personal experiences. As a result, the data showed that the students had inevitably affected by the cyber bullying in the social media in many ways. Among ali these students, the female students had been influenced to a greater degree comparing to male students. Most (96%) of the participants agreed that social relations had changed a lot and they had to have connections with their friends through the social media. The students— particularly females—viewed cyber bullying as a problem, but no one rarely discussed at the university. More importantly a large number (89%) felt loneliness and they did not know how to behave properly. Most (91%) students did not see any helpful resources when dealing with cyber bullying. Students (82%) were currently experiencing the majority of cyber bullying instances outside of the school day, but they had direct relationship with the events at the university. Students (84%) were not able to suggest some basic strategies in order to deal with cyber bullying. They (79%) agreed that they did not know how to respond to cyberbullying. Additionally, a large number of the (94%) participants agreed that the effects would be different on the elite environments comparing to the socially disadvantaged environments. They (96%) pointed out that the future of social media had been changing in terms of education and learning so that they did not have any chance to ignore the social media. Most (85%) of the participants clarified that the university social environment, centres and counselling offices would develop a better network and understanding in order to decrease cyber bullying. Most (88%) participants articulated that cyber bullying on the socail media would develop particuiar problems and would change the culture of social life. Most (81%) claim that social media are important not only for their social life but also for their Professional life so that they did not want to see their private photographs on the walls of their friends. These (61%) participants strongly pointed out that
privacy was remarkably important for the individuals but it was not controlled. Furthermore, most (92%) participants mentioned that the autonomy in the social media would make the individulas aggressive due to the fact that there was not any law and regulations to.

Purpose
– This paper explores the process of mutual value creation in a component co-branding relationship between an unknown component supplier and a well-known Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). In particular, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the antecedents of parties’ willingness to engage in mutual value creation, thus enriching Grönroos and Helle’s (2010, 2012) model of mutual value creation.

Design/methodology/approach
– An in-depth longitudinal analysis of a single case study in the cycling wear industry is presented based on data gathered from several sources, including long interviews with managers of a component supplier and an OEM, promotional materials, press releases and articles in cycling-related publications and on web portals, and online conversations among amateur cyclists.

Findings
– Four antecedents of the willingness to engage in mutual value creation are identified: mutual trust; the perceived easiness of alignment between the supplier’s and OEM’s processes and resources relevant to value creation; the expected creation of a substantial level of additional mutual value; and the expected value gains for each party.

Research limitations/implications
– The study analyses only one case in a single industry and adopts a dyadic perspective.

Practical implications
– This study suggests that – contrary to the traditional view – when specific antecedents for mutual value creation are present, the component co-branding strategy is available to many innovative small- and medium-sized firms without strong brands.

Originality/value
– Beyond enriching Grönroos and Helle’s (2010, 2012) model, this study explains why co-branding relationships can be established even in the absence of a strong component brand.

The aim of this book is to understand the effects of neo-liberal economies and globalization on education policies where they create inequalities and conflicts. However, the main goal of education is defined as a radical democratization in the schools through the transformation of knowledge. Curriculum plays important role in the transformation of knowledge and it is crucial to build a radical transformation of the societies. From this perspective, three alternative curricula, namely, Peace Education and Conflict Resolution Education, and Peace Education and Conflict Resolution Education combined are implemented and evaluated to investigate the effects on pre-service tecahers' Emotional Intelligence, Self-concept, and Conflict Resolution Skills. The findings indicated that the Peace Education, Conflict Resolution Education, and the Peace Education and the Conflict Resolution Education combined curricula has significant effects on Emotional Intelligence, Self Concept and Conflict Resolution Skills. Among these three curricula, the Peace Education and Conflict Resolution Education combined has the highest effects on Emotional Intelligence, Self Concept and Conflict Resolution Skills.

The article revises the effects of technology transfer offices (TTOs) on capacity building within the university, from the perspective of
creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. The objective of the article is to understand clearly and deeply how TTOs build capacity in
creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship for all the stakeholders, researchers, faculty members, SMEs, incubators, undergraduate and
graduate students, and attorneys. Particular focus is given for analysing TTOs activities in order to comprehend the strategy of TTOs in delivering and building capacity for innovative products and services. The author concludes that the universities and TTOs should have a common strategic plan and policy to empower and to increase efficiently and effectively the impacts TTOs activities have on the
development of the technology-based innovative products and services.

The importance of entrepreneurial ventures in economic development is undeniable. The trend in recent years has shown that the increasing number of small, innovation-driven start-up companies are indeed shaping the future of business. In addition to boosting economic development, startups play a vital role in the job creation process of a country.

The performance and success of these innovation-driven companies depends on several factors, ranging from the set of characteristics of the entrepreneur and the founding team (Individual factors), to the firm characteristics of the startup and the processes by which the venture is started (Organizational and Process factors). Furthermore, some success factors are also linked to the environmental context where startups operate and compete (External factors). 

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact on the startup’s performance of three variables, one for each category of the above-mentioned success factors.
The reference market for this research was the Southeast Asia region, which has experienced an unprecedented economic growth over the last few years and is positioned to become the world’s next startup destination.

This article revises the effects of the metacognition development on project-based learning by giving different cases for the graduate level students (n=86) at the innovation and entrepreneurship courses. The objective of the article is to understand clearly and deeply how metacognitive learning methodologies affect the learning process and outcome. As a result, cases in which everyday challenges, such as social, economic, cultural, and environmental are solved develop better environments for the development of metacognition due to the fact that the highest ‘meta-level’ of cognition is implicated. In the project-based learning, by solving different problems it is possible to develop creative ideas while improving highly developed skills.

Current debates in science and technology studies emphasize that the bio-economy—or, the articulation of capitalism and biotechnology—is built on notions of commodity production, commodification, and materiality, emphasizing that it is possible to derive value from body parts, molecular and cellular tissues, biological processes, and so on. What is missing from these perspectives, however, is consideration of the political-economic actors, knowledges, and practices involved in the creation and management of value. As part of a rethinking of value in the bio-economy, this article analyzes three key political-economic processes: financialization, capitalization, and asseti-zation. In doing so, it argues that value is managed as part of a series of valuation practices, it is not inherent in biological materialities.

Problem Statement: Transferring technology from university labs to startups at techno-parks is expensive and takes time.Therefore,blended learning has been using to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of technology transfer.
Research Questions: in this study, how the blended learning can significantly affect the technology transfer from the university labs to the startups at the university technology parks is studied.
Purpose of Study: The purpose of this paper is to provide an alternative practice model called blended learning at the technology parks to enhance the effective and efficient technology transfer experiences. Hence,the design,methodology,and approach in technology transfer have changed by empowering the blended Iearning-online, mobile, and face to face learning.
Research Methods: in this study, 46 participants were randomly selected and randomly placed into a technology transfer group (n=23) and a control group (n=23). The data were collected through intensive interviews and analyzed by using Atlas.ti 7.The learning experiences and outcomes were articulated and compared through pre and post tests,including the control groups.
Findings: The results shovved blended learning had increased motivation of the participants.Most(89%)of the participants agreed they could not find time and money even though they needed the intensive know-how in terms of the technology transfer in their field that they could reach from the experts at the university .They learnt additional info to improve their products and services.
Conclusions: The experiences in blended learning could öpen new perspectives in empovvering the startups in technology transfer.The shareholders at the university labs and startups could not find enough time and even money to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the technology transfer.Hence,face to face learning on online and mobile can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology transfer. Problem Statement: Today’s ever-changing educational environment has created a need for new leadership styles
that encourage positive change and improvement. In Turkish universities, the most commonly used leadership models are the classic and/or traditional ones, which lead to stagnation in innovation and entrepreneurship. Only a limited number of universities are actively engaged in innovative research activities and achieve success in terms of entrepreneurship and cooperative work with industry. Abroad effort is needed to improve cooperation and encourage leadership development.
Purpose of Study: This paper attempts to show and critically analyze the role of leadership models of university management in creating a learning environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.
Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 42 different faculty members and 12 graduate students over a period of three months at three different universities in
Istanbul. Interviews were centered on 6 core research questions. Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) was used to analyze the interview outcomes. The data were analyzed using the Atlas.ti 7 software kit.
Findings and Results: A large percent age of the participants,
78%, mentioned that participatory democracy is an important new leadership model that can empower innovation and entrepreneurship. Most respondents, 80%, also identified the important role of intensive collaboration with industry managers. In the transformation of the university, a significant percentage of the participants, 69%, agreed that
experts should be frequently consulted and their views taken into consideration. Slightly more than half of the participants, 54%, said that their university could do more to encourage innovation and innovative ideas from students and faculty members; out of the respondents who expressed this idea, the majority, 86 %, said that new leadership and
management styles would be critical in promoting this change.
Conclusions and Recommendations: As the current study shows, universities that apply new leadership styles create an
environment more conducive to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. Consistent with previous research, the leadership model of university management plays a vital role
in universities’ readiness to accept innovative and entrepreneurial changes. Universities should adopt new leadership styles instead of using conservative and traditional leadership models that discourage innovation
and entrepreneurship. Generally speaking, democratic leadership models are more effective at fostering open innovation. In the new management framework, leaders can create new environments and spaces, such as technology transfer offices, to collaborate with industry.

Le Maroc a connu une augmentation galopante des Digital Wallets depuis la mise en place de
cette solution mobile en l’année 2018. Cependant, la période allant de 2015 à 2020 est marquée
par une tendance à la baisse de la création des entreprises innovantes en TIC. Dans le cadre de
cet article, et pour apporter une explication à cette réalité, nous essayerons de répondre à la
question suivante : Quelle relation entre les facteurs clés de création des nouvelles firmes
technologiques et l'éclosion des entreprises innovantes en Paytech au Maroc ?
Pour répondre à notre question centrale, nous avons eu recours au réalisme scientifique en tant
que positionnement épistémologique, et la démarche hypothético-déductive en tant que
démarche de recherche.
En vue d’étudier nos hypothèses de recherche, nous avons construit un échantillon de 30
individus travaillant auprès des acteurs de l’écosystème de ces entreprises. Pour réussir l’analyse
empirique de notre modèle conceptuel de recherche, nous avons eu recours à une régression de
données en coupe instantanée.
Les résultats de l’étude montrent que l'éclosion des entreprises innovantes en Paytech au Maroc
est liée à l’importance des acteurs des réseaux externes favorisés par les incubateurs et à l'accès
des fondateurs des entreprises innovantes en Paytech aux prêts bancaires.
Abstract:
Morocco has seen a galloping increase in digital wallets since the introduction of this mobile
solution in 2018. However, the period from 2015 to 2020 is marked by a downward trend in the
creation of innovative ICT companies. In the context of this article, and in order to explain this
reality, we will try to answer the following question: What is the relationship between the key
factors of creation of new technological firms and the emergence of innovative Paytech
companies in Morocco?
To answer our central question, we have used scientific realism as an epistemological position,
and the hypothetico-deductive approach as a research approach.
In order to study our research hypotheses, we constructed a sample of 30 individuals working
with actors of the ecosystem of these companies. In order to carry out the empirical analysis of
our conceptual research model, we used cross-sectional data regression.
The results of the study show that the emergence of innovative Paytech companies in Morocco is
linked to the importance of the external network actors facilitated by the incubators and to the
access of the founders of innovative Paytech companies to bank loans.

This study has analyzed and compared emotionai intelligence training on high school students' conflict resolution, empathy, and leadership skills. Emotionai intelligence (EQ) is one element in a broad spectrum of skills that enable high school students to create value for their community and themselves. Since Salovey and Mayer's (1990) seminal article on the concept, and its popularization in a social science book of the same name (Gibbs 1995; Goleman 1995), emotionai intelligence has emerged in several different models and measures. Matthews et al. (2002) outlined three contexts for the study of emotionai intelligence: psychometric, theoretical, and applied. The focus of this study is on measurement and applied use of emotionai intelligence by giving a special training as after school activities. This study was conducted at two different high schools in Turkey in which 959 students were involved. The first study site was in Samsun where 282 students had participated in the experimental and control groups. On the other hand, in the second site, İstanbul, 677 students had participated. Data were collected using two instruments; Conflict Resolution Skills (Akbalık, 2004) and Bar-on Emotionai İntelligence Assessment (Bar-On, 2004). The assessments were given to the participants in the experimental and control groups before and after the emotionai intelligence oriented training called "Geniş Açı." Test scores were conducted in SPSS by taking score means, standard deviations, and intercorrelations, using demographic variables received from the personal information sheets. The study revealed that there is considerable room for improvement in the emotionai skills of the students in high schools. Additionally, this study showed that emotionai intelligence influenced significantly the conflicts resolution, empathy and leadership skills comparing to control groups. The large number (%81) of the participants' conflict resolution skills had changed after the emotionai intelligence oriented training. More importantly, their empathy skills had improved 78%. Furthermore, in their leadership skills, the participants' skills were upgraded 73%.

Problem Statement: The youth peace camps can provide active safe environments for young people, especially those who come from different conflict background to understand each other and to develop empathy. Research Questions: What the effects of the peace camps are on learning together about conflict, sharing their experiences, and transforming the conflicts for more peaceful culture is critically studied. Purpose of Study: This study has analyzed and compared perceptions and experiences of the students who came from Greece,Turkey,and Cyprus and spent a week together.Since the students who had different perception and experiences regarding to the conflicts among the countries, the effects of the peace camps had been analyzed. Research Methods: In this study, by conducting experimental research analysis, the conflict resolution skills (as assessed by Conflict Resolution Inventory, Akbalık, 2001), emotional intelligence and leadership skills (as assessed by Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory,(Bar-On, 1997),and perceived psychological health (as assessed by Personalıty Assessment Questionnaire, Rohner 1998,Varan 2002) were compared before and after the active learning environment activities. Findings: Significant differences were seen after the camps,especially in conflict resolution skills, in their interpersonal, intrapersonal, and leadership subscales of the EQ. More importantly, while their leadership skills were increasing the hostility-aggression subscale in personality dimensions. Most (67%) students experienced that their conflict resolution skills were changed by being together and talking about their conflicts Conclusions: The large number of the participants had showed minimum 10 % changes in their conflict resolution skills.in the subscales of the EQ, the changes in Intrapersonal Intelligence were more than the changes in interpersonal intelligence.All the subscales of the Personal Assessment had changed after the camp. This study investigates critically the structure of Silicon Valley in order to adapt properly to the Turkish system while changing science and technology policies to engage in growing high-tech economies through fostering university-industry-government collaborations and linkages. Even though many countries tried to replicate Silicon Valley by moving physically industries into certain geographic locations, they could not be compared to the original impact of Silicon Valley. Most of the best and the greatest high-tech companies are in the Valley where almost one-third of all the venture capital investments have been received and have become the locomotives of growth of the US and most of the brightest students try to study or work. The Valley has been analyzed using critical theory to understand the structure of the system, the values that have been decided and applied by the members in different processes, and the practices. Some unique findings of the research about the Valley which can be applied by many techno-parks or research centers are the capability of cooperation and active learning. Most of the companies are working around the same issues together with the universities’ members who are not only coming from Stanford. In other words, the cooperation has been conducted under the umbrella of Silicon Valley. An innovative platform has been created where people interact more often to cooperate and they are legally protected by developing social networks which are their value systems. The cultural diversity of different ethnic traditions, viewpoints, and value systems is welcomed in personal and professional level which strength unity in the community.
