Yesterday Aunt Sue and I went to lunch at Margaritaville Hotel's restaurant, Frank and Lola's. The hotel is so so so pretty. Very clean and bright and lots of places to lounge around the lobby and outside on the terraces. I was really impressed. The food in the restaurant was just okay. But this was just our first visit so hopefully that will change as we try more things on the menu. I wish I could afford to get a room here during the Blue Angels show in the summer, but the rooms are "Xpensive."

My lunch was the special that day. Shrimp and grits. It was good, but I could have done without the gravy type stuff that surrounded the grits.
Aunt Sue had the "cheeseburger in paradise." This is not a good picture of it.
We shared a junior mint milkshake. It did not compare at all to the peppermint shake at Chick-Fil-A...and this one cost $6. I could get two of the Chick-fil-A's for the price of one here.
This lounge are is right outside the doors. The furniture is so nice.
I love the light fixtures above this table. I can just see friends and family around this table talking or playing cards.
