Government of India have initiated and introduced number of entrepreneurial and technopreneurial events to promote business policy and induce the interest of the young generation of the nation to become an employment providers. Unique spirit of economic support is now moving the country and bringing changes. A sequence of motivated economic reforms targeted the universe and stimulating foreign share has moved India into the top rank of the rapidly growing country in Asia and Pacific region.Startuphas released the hidden strengths of our peoples and transforming the nation with trigging force. India's dynamic and highly competitive private sector has long been the backbone of its economic activity. Technology and entrepreneurship are becoming the slogans of the new millennium. In this study, we focussed on the enormous activities which are ongoing in research and development areas and platforms for new technologies and also resulting into the institutional background of innovating technologies.

Technopreneurship has become a lever to propel creativity and innovation in businesses today. This study investigates the impact of technopreneurship on business performance among agro-businesses in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. The study examined empirical evidences on the impact of technopreneurship on business performance. The survey method was adopted. The quantitative research design was employed. Yamane formula was used to determine the sample size. A sample of 126 respondents was selected through random sampling method from of a population of 183 agro-businesses within the study areas and 74% response rate was recorded. Primary method of data collection was used. A well-structured questionnaire was administered and responses were analysed using linear regression on SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20. The survey demonstrates that technological innovation has significant effect on firm competitiveness (P = 0.000 < 0.05; R 2 = 0.183) and also technological opportunities significantly influence on firm operational efficiency (P = 0.000 < 0.05; R 2 = 0.445). Based on the results of findings, the study recommends that businesses need to develop or exploit indigenous technology; new products or processes based innovations; seek new technology ideas and significant technological changes which are key to competitiveness.

This involves creation of assts or exchange of assets with profit motive. It is the employment of funds with the purpose of earning additional income or growth in value. The person making investment has to part with his funds. Investment is the employment of funds with the aim of achieving additional income or growth value. Investment involves long-term commitment; Investment is the allocation of monetary resources to assets that are expected to yield some gain or positive return over a given period of time. REVIEW OF LITERATURE Karthikeyan B (2001) in his thesis titled " Small Investors' Perception on Post Office Small Savings Schemes " has made an attempt to assess the level of awareness among the small investors in urban area and semi-urban areas. An attempt has also been made by him to elicit the perceived opinion of the small investors on the post office small savings schemes. According to the author necessity of life and tax benefits play a vital role in motivating the small investors in urban and semi-urban areas to invest in post office small savings schemes. Parul Mittal and Sandeep Aggarwal (2012) have conducted a study under the title " Investment in Financial Products: What Motivate the Investor? A Study in Jaipur " the chief objective of the study is to make generalization of consumer's behaviour towards the investment of money. According to the authors men's preferred investment destination is stock market (31%) and second alternate choice is commodity market (22%), while more than 60% of men do not like to invest money in real estate and government bonds. The authors have also found that Men invest more than women. The authors have also stated that 83% of professional people invest money in market. The authors have recommended that special schemes should be offered for the customer based on their occupation type like for businessman, service people, and other classes. Geetha N and Ramesh M (2011) in their article have made an attempt to study people's choice in investment avenues of Kurumbalur under the title " A Study on People's Preferences in Investment Behaviour " the authors have found that 59.5 per cent of respondents' investment decision depends on return and protection of investment. 22.7 percent and 19.3 percent of respondents' investment decision is influenced by liquidity and risk performance respectively. The authors have concluded that in Kurumbalur respondents are more aware about various investment avenues like insurance, PPF, bank deposits, small savings like post office savings etc. The authors have concluded that awareness program has to be conducted by stock brokering firms because most of the respondents are unaware of this new service and stock market. Abstract An investor has different investment avenues to park his/her hard earned savings. Because sometimes fear and greed while making investment decisions play a vital role while making their investment decisions. The survey has been conducted among 350 investors in different parts of Salem. The collected data have been analysed with the help of chi-square test and percentages.

This concept has enabled for the re-marketing and packaging of existing products which already stay to such guideline 1. Solar energy is a conventional as well as renewable energy. This research may relate to the present situation of the high speed trains in the world countries as well as in our nation. In this special period Government of India formed a unique department for the high speed railways named High Speed Rail Corporation of India Ltd.
