"I Am She"
Have used my "Smitten" range from K & Co to make these 3 quick and easy cards. On a few birthday lists and they all seem to come at once so as I haven't played with this kit yet, thought I'd give it a go! Have used backing papers and butterflies from the kit. Stamped "I am She', I love this stamp but dont know where it is from, sorry, then added peel offs to finish. Hope the recipients like them.

"Artyglitz" and "Time to Craft" Challenge
Getting into these challenges now! Decided to make a "Green" themed card for the "Artyglitz" challenge but felt the card needed something else so added some self adhesive lace to the card which was this weeks challenge at "Time To Craft" (links can be found on the left of blog). Again used my "Tilda" and coloured with Sansador and Prismacolour pencils. She was mounted onto a die cut from my "Nestabilities" and have dotted "White Opal" liquid pearls around the edge. The backing paper was from a Joanna Sheen pad. Prisma flowers and stamped "Mum" to finish. Will be giving this card to my Mum for "Mothers Day"

"Scrummy Stash Cafe" & "Sugar Nellie" Challenge Card
This has to be my all time favourite card at the moment. Not bad seeings as I'd lost my mojo for a few days but looks like it has returned! I am putting this card into the Scrummy Stash Cafe Challenge as this weeks theme is "Shapes" and I have used circles on this card and "Sugar Nellie" Challenge as you had to use baby pink on the card so thought I'd give both a go. Dont think I've made a long DL card before and used my Prisma Pencils with Sansador to colour my "Sugar Nellie and "Magnolia" bench for the first time. "Wow" so easy to use and if you dont have them in your stash, you really should try them out, they're fab!! I won a set of 120 Prisma Pencls on ebay for about £30 and think I'll be using them alot more, especially on my Magnolia and Sugar Nellie stamps. Also used my "Wizard" for the first time, and cut out the circles with my "Nestibilities", added Liquid Pearls around the edge and now I need to buy the Ovals and of course a few more dies. Have Stamped "Dream" and have added Prima Flowers, a Gingham Bow and 3D Butterfly. Hope you like it, am going to sit and look at it all day!!!

Sunday Stamper & Arty Girlz
This weeks challenge for the "Sunday Stamper" was to decoupage a stamp and "Arty Girlz" was to use any stamp from your collection, so have entered this into both. I've made this square card which started off being pearl off white and distressed with Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads. I have added small borders down both sides using Tanda's Background Set 1. Torn some card and again distressed using a wet cut and dry pad and stamped with a image with them same ink. The image (Crafty Individuals) was another piece of card that distressed with various colours and then stamped with a Vintage Sepia Versafine inkpad. I then embossed with a holographic powder. Added some gold Tattered Angels Mist. I decoupaged the butterfly as per the challenge. I really had fun making this card. Messy, and a bit more time consuming but worth it!!!

Sketch 7 Challenge
Made this card for the monthly challenge at Cardmaking Friends Forum. I loved the triple embossing so used that on the three tiles with my favourite Pearl Lustre embossing powders. Then stamped with an oriental stamp using Gold Brilliance Ink Pad and added another layer of clear embossing powder to seal. Went around edges of tile with Krylon pen. The papers are DCVW Far East stack and have distressed the top paper with Tim Holtz Old Paper Distress Inks. Used a small leaf stamp over top of card. Tried out my Galaxy Markers for the first time on this card and think they are fab, have used them on the bottom right corner to highlight the tree and edged the ripped paper with black at the top and bronze at the bottom. Love the challenges, at times I have so many cards to do that my mind get bogged down with idea's and I end up all in a faffle and dont do any. At least with the challenges, your mind is set as to what needs to be done and I can just get on with it. So many more challenges I want to do this week, only time will tell! (LOL). I've taken this late at night so click on the image and you'll see a bigger picture.

Daring Card Maker Challenge
Shattered this morning, didn't get to bed till gone 3am as D/H ended up in A & E. Caught his hand in the handle of front room door and it swelled up. Luckily only tissue damage but he is strapped up for a week! Have finally managed to post another card.
My First time for the Daring Card Makers and we had to use doodles on the card!. My Doodles are hand drawn stitching around border and used liquid pearls on the corners of the stamped image. I used my new Penny Black stamp and watercoloured with pencils. The "Girly" wording is from a new set from QVC. Papers are from craftwork cards! Such a girly card, dont know who to send it to yet!! Have a nice weekend!

"At Your Fingertips"
Made this Birthday card for a challenge on one of tghe forums I belong to. Used my new "At Your Fingertips" Cd, which I think is a lovely disc. All the papers are from the disc and have used a chipboard circle and covered with paper as the embellishment. Rubbish photo, but that has never been my strong point (LOL). Hope you like it!
