    Subject: REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION OF THE GRADUATION FEE

    Dear President,

    We, the undersigned parents of students graduating from St. Peter’s College, are writing to
    express our concerns regarding the graduation fee for this academic year. As stakeholders
    invested in the success and well-being of our children, we respectfully request a reconsideration
    of the current fee structure.

    While we understand the necessity of certain fees to cover administrative costs associated with
    graduation ceremonies, we believe that the current fee is disproportionately high and places an
    undue financial burden on many families. As our children prepare to embark on the next chapter
    of their lives, we believe it is important to celebrate their achievements without imposing
    unnecessary financial strain on their families.

    We kindly request that the school administration review the breakdown of expenses included in
    the graduation fee and explore opportunities to reduce costs where possible. For instance, we are
    suggesting to not have a yearbook for this academic year. We firmly believe that this will lessen
    the graduation fee.

    It is our sincere hope that by working together, we can find a solution that ensures all students
    have the opportunity to participate in the graduation ceremony without financial hardship. We
    believe that a more reasonable and inclusive fee structure will not only benefit current students
    and their families but also contribute to a more equitable and accessible educational experience
    for all.

    collaborative efforts in addressing our concerns.
