August Glory

There was a full super moon last week, and I caught it on a cloudless night! Come watch it with me as it rises.

The moon puts on an elegant show, different every time in shape, color and nuance.

I've said it before, but I say it again: You seem to live so much closer to the moon than I do!!!

Amazing. It looks like you were standing right in front of it.

Ginny I am so jealous (in a good way). I have never seen this - how long do you stay up to see and take all those pics?

It's so intriguing every time we see the moon on a dark night. Lovely photos, Ginny. Have a great week.

What a stunning, gorgeous ball of color.
I saw it the other night too but my cell phone couldn't capture it.

Ginny to answer your question. The titanic (ship) along with many others was BUILT in Belfast Ireland!!!

Ginny, driving from the mountains to So Cal where the girls live, it's about 9 hrs., but the flight is only an hour, 15 min. It always amazes me that it only takes an hour going from one end of California to the other by plane. When I lived in my hometown, it only took about 6 or 7 hours to get to So Cal, but now that I'm in the mountains, it's a bit further. Flying is the best way to get there faster, and I was blessed with no problems this trip. Thank you for asking.
