    ONLINE CAR RENTAL WITH TRACKING AND
    MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
    The Car Online System Web Form

     The system has four areas such as customer, admin, staff


    and database. The system accepts customer log in and
    booked schedule reserved. The admin can cancel or
    confirm the booked schedule after the customer pay the
    advance rental payment. The staff can schedule the
    maintenance and availability of the car.
    User
     Management User – There will be a separate login for Management user. Details and logs about
    the business are visible to this user.
     • View total reservations happened during a time period (for all vehicles / for a selected vehicle
    category / for a selected vehicle) - the system can view total reservations happened during a time period.
     • View mostly required vehicle types - the system can view all the vehicle types.
     Customer:
     • Create a profile including basic information - this system will create specific information about the
    customers, cars and booking schedule.
     • Search for the desired car view details – the customer can search their desired car and view its
    details.
    User

     • View availability of the car- the customer can view if what cars available.
     • Reserve the suitable car - the customer can reserved its chosen car for
    booking schedule.
     • View basic cost details of the transaction - the customer can view the total
    transaction cost.
     • Leave comments about the service provided - the customer can give their
    feedback for the provided service
    Admin

     System administrator – The system will provide a separate login to the system
    administrator. Any modification to the system will be handled by this user.
     • Add new vehicles and update vehicle details – the system can add new vehicle
    and update its details.
     • Add new vehicle category – the system can add new category of a vehicle.
     • Create Management user - the system can create Management user and its profile.
