Course outcome

1. Students will demonstrate proficiency in various forms of written and spoken


communication, including emails, formal letters, articles, and verbal cues-based
writing tasks.
2. Learners will develop effective communication skills suitable for personal, social,
and professional contexts, utilizing both verbal and non-verbal cues
3. They will gain proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations, including
PowerPoint presentations, paper presentations, and job interviews.
4. Learners will develop essential soft skills such as leadership qualities, decision-
making abilities, intra-personal skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills,
and negotiation skills.
