Learning Competency: Discusses the stages of infection (H8DD-IIIa-15)

Objectives: By the end of the lesson, the learner will be able to:

1. Discuss the chain of infection.


2. Develop awareness on the stages of infection
3. Recommend actions to prevent and control the spread of the
communicable diseases.

o Each group will send a representative to do the task.
o The winning representative will play the Claw Machine.
o To control the claw machine, you have to click the left,right, up, and down
controls.
o After you click the control, you have to click the grab button to grab the
box.

group who will flash the answer first will get the point.
 The first group to gain the highest score will win the game.

 Using either drawing, explanation, poem writing or song writing


rrecommend actions to prevent and control the spread of the

 Give the group 10 minutes to do the activity. After the given
time, ask the group presenter to present their output.

Once the time is up, have each group present their work to the rest of the
participants. Allow 3-5 minutes for each group to explain their mosaic, the symbolism used,
and the insights gained.
