Program objectives: At the end of the program, the participants will have:
1. Improve and enhance the numeracy and literacy skills of every student:
2. Cite the different strategies that will improve and enhance numeracy and literacy
Executive Summary: of every students.
Sheryl Ann D. Adriano, Teacher I and Gerlie V. Meman, Teacher III facilitated the SLAC
with their topic about Strategies in Improving Literacy and Numeracy
Facilitator #1 discussed what is all about the fundamental of literacy, she also stated some
literacy targets and why literacy strategies are important to be used inside the classroom
while Facilitator #2 emphasizes the importance and the fundamental of skills of numeracy
in the learning process of every student. Lastly, open forum was done.
The SLAC Session by the two facilitators was concluded by the participant, to be
important specially learners nowadays are been struggling in literacy and numeracy skills
which is the very fundamental in all learnings. After that a sumptuous snack was served to
every participant.
