AGUADO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

March 9, 2018

MS. CHERRYLOU D. DE MESA

Schools Division Superintendent
DepEd- Cavite Province

Madam:
Greetings of peace and prosperity !

In response to the mandates on conducting a Gender and Development Activities in all government
agencies, Aguado Elementary School will hold a Culminating Activity on April 7 to 9, 2018 at Reyna’s: The
Haven and Gardens, New Calceta St. Cogon, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

Through this activity, we aim to strengthen good camaraderie and reflect among ourselves as
educators. This will also be an opportunity to evaluate the school’s performance for the recent school year
and work for more progress and improvement.

As we coordinated with the MBR Travel Agency, rest assured that this activity would not be in any
way affecting scheduled programs and activities in our district and division. All works to be submitted will be
accomplished ahead of time so as not to cause delay to anyone. Also, April 9 is a National Holiday (Araw ng
Kagitingan) hence we would only be on official business for two days (April 7 and 8 ) .

With that, we humbly seek for your permission to hold the activity on the above given dates since
those were the only available time to pursue and book the travel at less costs due to peak season.

Attached herewith are the training proposal and matrix for your reference and approval.

Thank you very much and we fervently hope for your favorable response to this request.

Respectfully yours,

HERMINIA E. DILOY Ed. D.
