1. Role and Responsibilities at InterGlobe Enterprises – New Venture AIONOS

• Directly involved with COO & CEO for entire recruitement related planning & strategy.

• Responsible for Crafting a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company’s overall

leveraging internal sourcing team capabilities.

• Lead, coach and develop team to ensure effective and quality TA delivery.
