Responsibilities:
• Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and
comprehensive job description – check info / requirements in line with key
processes and legislation
• Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the
employer’s vacancy.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Manpower Planning
o Conceptualize, design and implement the talent acquisition, identification
& succession planning process throughout the organization. This includes
analysis of critical positions and future talent needs and evaluation of key
talent.
o Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this
critical function within Human Resources.
o Active participation in the set up of organization, development and
implementation of the recruitment plan, in line with business goals.
o Work with the team to identify talent retention issues and to research,
propose and implement new initiatives to curb it.
o Provide corporate leadership in the talent management function,
managing and upgrading the functions to meet current and projected
staffing needs.
• Manpower Sourcing:
o Sourcing the candidates according to the specifications provided by the
functional heads to match candidate's skills to the requirement of the
position.
o Developed Sourcing Strategy and brought in process excellence through
innovative recruitment practices

o Maintain complete documentation for the recruitment. Conduct selected
candidate's referral check.

relocation co-ordination if applicable.
