Agenda: Deliberation on the humanitarian effects of the

Israel-Hamas war.

● There should be unity in providing aid and provision for the two-state solution
where both the states are satisfied as well as the citizens.
● Enhance support for refugee resettlement programs. Increase funding for

international humanitarian aid.
● Both Israel and Hamas must release all hostages and foster global cooperation
to manage the immigration challenges posed by such crises.
● The UNHRC advocates for a two-state solution in the Palestine-Israel conflict.

We propose direct funds for affected civilians, not military entities, and
emphasise the right of Palestinian civilians to remain in their own land and not
be pushed into other countries’ borders. We request an immediate ceasefire.
● Urges to particularly focus on refugees, hostages, and immigrants necessitate

a multifaceted strategy. This includes fostering international partnerships to
share the responsibility and resources, ensuring refugee rights are upheld
through provisions like safe shelter and legal support, promoting integration
between refugees and host communities, ensuring fair distribution of aid,
providing trauma recovery and reintegration support, strengthening legal
protections against discrimination and abuse, and working towards long-term
solutions such as voluntary repatriation or local integration while addressing
root causes like conflict and underdevelopment.
● Urges an immediate ceasefire with no underlying conditions. Unconditional

and immediate release of the hostages held by both parties. The two-state
solution.
● The international community must come together to rebuild and heal, requiring
collaboration and empathy from all. By focusing on rehabilitation, aid, and
communication, we can turn the aftermath of war into a foundation for peace.
● We believe that a lasting solution can only be achieved through dialogue,

negotiation, and respect for international law. We shall work together tirelessly
to ensure a future where all people in the region can live in peace, security, and
dignity.
● Global funding of humanitarian aid to help the war-affected areas. Countries

must cooperate to initiate the creation of this fund.
● Aid such as food, water, and aid should be sent to Israel and Gaza. Money
should also be sent to rebuild the destroyed infrastructure. For countries that
want to send aid but don’t want to risk their men, aid can be sent to Egypt, and
they will transport the resources along with the ones they are sending.
● Short-term solution. It stands for the immediate ceasefire, the stoppage of any
military advancements, and the immediate release of hostages. This will act as
a bridge between life and death for people.
● The establishment of safe zones and evacuation routes specifically designed

to protect children and civilians from harm, to be monitored and protected by
peacekeeping forces, ensuring their safety and security.
● We should provide diplomatic and political support for talks between the
parties that aim for a peaceful resolution.
● Implementing and adhering to ceasefire agreements to de-escalate tensions,

along with confidence-building measures to foster trust between the two
sides,.
● Immediate ceasefire to ensure harmony. The two-state solution is the only way
to stop the war.
● We would like to highlight how schools and universities are often targets for
bombardment and warfare. Education should shift to an online platform to
promote the safety of children and educators.
● Increasing funding for UN agencies is crucial to supporting refugees and

innocent lives, rather than pausing current contributions. It's imperative to
address the urgent needs of refugees. We must facilitate their integration into
local communities by empowering them to improve their socioeconomic
well-being.
● The only solution is accepting a ceasefire, having a peaceful talk to cool down
the war, and delivering resources and aid. Giving the country what it wants and
living peacefully
● We are prepared to accommodate refugees stemming from this rampage of war

in order for them to lead a peaceful life, and we would call upon other countries
to do so as well.
● Emphasises that the two-state solution calls for separate Israeli and
Palestinian states with borders resembling those that existed before the 1967
war. This territory includes the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and parts of east
Jerusalem.
● Advocate for direct dialogue and a two-state solution prioritising trust building
and pragmatic land swaps for territorial disputes.
● Urge the war to come to an end. Parties and leaders that have committed war
crimes should be condemned in international courts. Countries should provide
humanitarian aid and financial assistance to refugees and immigrants.
● Urges that aid should be provided to all citizens affected by the war to help
them restore their lives and to those women who were raped by the opposition
country.
● Believe Hamas and all other armed groups are to release unconditionally and
immediately all civilian hostages and to treat all those being held captive.
