SPECIAL POL INSTRUCTIONS FOR RAILWAY (SUPERPETCHILI) BONDS

1. 1(one) bond: POLs (front & coupons) with owner, newspaper, passport, and authentication: instructions below
2. All bonds: High Resolution Photos in groups of 10 maximum: see sample Photo, page 2
Make photo of bond fronts (fanned or laid out on table or floor) with corresponding authentication reports
i. Place on top of signed POL newspaper and include passport.
ii. Bond numbers and authentication report numbers must visible and clear to read.

TWO POLS ARE NEEDED FOR ONE BOND - ONE WITH FRONT OF BOND and ONE WITH BACK OF BOND.
The POL (PROOF OF LIFE) confirms that the package is current and that it is actually completed by the Bond Owner.
The person holding the bonds must be the same person as the passport and signatures in the KYC.
The POL must be created with a newspaper dated the same date as the KYC.

STEP 2. HAND SIGN THE PAPER NEAR THE


CIRCLED DATE IN BLUE INK

STEP 3: ARRANGE DOCUMENTS ON TOP OF


NEWSPAPER (using clips - see details below)

STEP 4: TAKE PHOTOS

POL PHOTOGRAPHS should be high resolution


(10 megapixels minimum)

Make sure all dates, documents, and Bond


numbers are clear and easy to read.

Authentication BOND PASSPORT (Photo shows Railway bonds; similar to Petchili format)

Make 2 POLs - One front of bond, one of bond coupons

IMPORTANT DETAILS

 Use “Major Newspaper” that is “On Line.”


Name of newspaper, the top headlines and the date of newspaper must be clearly showing.
 Arrange the following documents on top of and flat against the newspaper, using clips, if necessary
a. Full Bond (Front) showing all 4 Corners, or Full coupon page.
b. First page of Passco or Scripopass. (For Perito, the page which shows the Bond Number.)
Make sure that the report Number, date of report & Bond number are showing and readable.
c. Owner’s Passport fully open to the page of the Photo and identification information.

TAKE A PERFECT PHOTO WHICH WILL BE ACCEPTED


Photo should show owner’s face to top of head.
If glasses are not worn in passport photo, do not wear glasses in photograph.
Hold the arranged documents in front of you, with newspaper flat.
Photograph directly, not from an angle. Make sure that any flash does not wash out the details.
Fill the photo area as completely with owner’s head and documents.
Vertical photo usually works best, but use your own judgment depending on specific situation.

Photograph the two POLs (Front and Back) in high resolution.... 10 megapixels minimum.

MOST IMPORTANT: The Bond Numbers, Report Numbers, Passport, and Newspaper Date must be in focus.
PLEASE CHECK THIS CAREFULLY. (The face can be slightly out of focus.)

GROUP PHOTOS of ALL BONDS

Photo(s) should include group(s) of 5 – 10 bonds in each photo.


Photos of bond fronts (fanned or laid out on table or floor) with corresponding authentication reports
Photo must be clear with all numbers readable. If needed, reduce the number of bonds in the picture.

Each bond should have its corresponding Passco or authentication report next to it.

1. Bonds: Fronts of bonds with bond number must be clearly visible.

2. Pasco report: with Passco Number and the bond number visible
(Scripopass/Perito:– be sure bond and report number are visible)

3. Include Bondowner’s Passport

4. Use same signed newspaper with dated circled as used for the POLs

PLEASE enlarge photos to check for quality -- BEFORE sending.

If you can’t read them, we can’t.

Please also send JPEG version of POL photos so the quality of the photos isn't lost!!!
