 Hands-on experience in Supply Chain areas like Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply
Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics
 Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of
data with attention to detail and accuracy
 Proficiency with Microsoft Applications - Excellent MS excel, PowerPoint skills is a must
 Good team player
 Designed Analytical solution either around Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization,
Network Planning, Capacity Planning
 Proficient in BI Tools : Tableau / Power BI
 Ability to learn different analytical tools as per business requirement
 Good knowledge of various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
 Good written and oral communication skills Preferred qualifications
 Good communications skills, written, spoken and visual.
 Able to deal with huge complexity.
 Comfortable working remotely from colleagues, manager, and stakeholders.
 To be able to deal with uncertainty and to bring clarity and definition.
 Willingness to take on challenges.
 Travel may be required but less than 20% of the time.

 Client-facing in the sales process as a key member of the sales pursuit team, working with
the team to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value
proposition and business case.
 Own end-to-end responsibility for the solution for complex, competitive deal pursuits.
 Able to lead C-level conversations with client stakeholders to ensure alignment of Wipro’s
solution with client interests while also selling Wipro’s capabilities.
 Able to define solution scope and involve Solution Architects across other required
disciplines (e.g. Apps, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure,) to build a cohesive and compelling
solution.
 Pre-sales support and consulting opportunities to achieve and exceed defined targets.
 Analysis and diagnosis of complex problems and the subsequent design, implementation,
and configuration of scalable resilient solutions.
 Able to work with other Solution Architects to provide inputs needed for estimation and
review their outputs. Define our strategy and shape the deal to increase our win probability.
 Proactively engage customer both new and existing, to provide an update on the latest
trend, changes in the landscape, and services offering
 Inspire service line architects and account leads and peers to solve difficult problems with
innovative and novel solutions, leveraging an excellent set of technical competences.
 Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google product integrations in
customer/partner environments. Help the Account team to close agreements from technical
perspective.
 Recommend solution strategies, enterprise architectures, migration tools, and cloud
infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on
Google products.
 Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight the Google Products and
Platforms value proposition, using techniques that include whiteboard and slide
presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and RFI response documents.
 Support US local sales teams in pursuit of key business opportunities, engaging customers to
address aspects of the data lifecycle.
