Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide
insights into supply chain best practices.
Conduct workshops and interviews to analyze client’s SCM operations, including
procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of supply chain solutions based on
client needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for solution design, ensuring
alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Work as a key member of project teams, providing functional expertise and supporting the
successful execution of supply chain projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, to ensure smooth
implementation.
Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful
deployment of SCM solutions.
Identify gaps or issues and work closely with the technical team to ensure appropriate fixes
or customizations.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Prior experience in Sales and understanding of sales order management and contracts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional
solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with
stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements.
Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Determine project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders based
on solution documentation.
Estimate resource needs and align the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with project goals
and commercial considerations.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead the implementation and delivery of IT projects, managing resources to ensure timely and
successful completion.
Monitor and control project progress, ensuring alignment with milestones and reporting any
deviations to stakeholders.
Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues with proper documentation for
RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and problem management.
Document activities, procedures, and reports to track project progress and performance.
Prepare and present progress reports to the project steering committee and other relevant
stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Prior work experience in IT or IT services and experience in using project management tools.
Ability to create and maintain project documentation, reports, and issue logs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in engaging C-level
executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
