This is the global team supporting USD 700 mn business of Wipro in Digital and Collaboration Services
and is tasked with ensuring that we offer the right technology solutions to our clients by leveraging our
strong and proven industry expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities:
A Lead will be working along with a Consultant or a Senior Consultant in defining the Digital strategy,
Integration Strategy, Cost Structure, Content and Commerce strategy for the customer. The Lead will also
be responsible for owning and enriching the Consulting artifacts for the consulting team especially
Consulting Methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Consulting partner to define Digital strategy for the customer
Define Commerce/Content/Channel strategy for the customer
Do Financial Analysis and come up with cost optimization approaches.
Interact with customer and Consulting Partners to articulate requirements
Analyze solution options for customer problems and recommend the preferred option
Make presentations to customer and internal stakeholders on the solution
Evangelize the capabilities of Platforms like Adobe, Hybris, and IBM commerce to gain traction
with the customer IT teams.
Adentify areas of additional opportunities to generate down-stream business for Wipro, over and
beyond the scope of work defined by the client.
Cross-sell Wipros own consulting methodologies in Engagements.
Undertake research and enable dissemination of knowledge with account team
Provide domain support for large and complex RFIs and RFPs by providing domain point of
view, solutioning, help in estimation etc.
Constantly look at ways and means to bring more discipline and rigor to the Business Analysis
function by adopting more structured methodologies and tools.
Work with the Domain Consultants/Practice Heads to develop solutions/frameworks for industry
pain-points and developing trends.
Drive demystification, point of view on topical subjects through contribution and authoring of
thought/white papers.
