Activity Completion Report:


Quarter I Project UGMAD- Southern Leyte: Tabo sa Kinaadman

I. Introduction
“Tabo sa Kinaadman” (Portfolio Day) is an activity that aims to showcase
students evidence-based performance through academic outputs and technical/
livelihood skills presentations and display. It also informs the parents on the
performance of their children and ensure their involvement on school activities and
provide collective effort as an opportunity to benchmark effective teaching-learning
practices. This event is in consonance to DepEd Order No. 25, s. 2017 re: School
Calendar for School Year 2017-2018 and Regional Memorandum No. 066 s. 2017 re:
Launching of the Regional Portfolio Day.
In this connection, the Libagon National High School with 13 teaching force,
school head, parents and other stakeholders conducted Quarter I Project UGMAD-
Southern Leyte: Tabo sa Kinaadman. The objectives of the affair were successfully
carried out by the participants.

II. Highlights
Two days before the activity, the School Head informed about the activity during
the regular meeting with twelve teachers. The school coordinator together with the
different committees assigned by the School Head immediately organized the
activity.
During the event, advisers in every section displayed the learners output and
highlighted the importance of portfolio day and to take the event seriously.
Throughout the day, the activity was monitored and supervised by the School
Head of different schools and District Supervisor. Its objectives were carried out
through immeasurable effort and undying cooperation of the teachers.

III. Observation/ Problem Met


There were few stakeholders attended the activity because of conflict with on
their schedules.
Some teachers participated the activity because they were attending seminars
on that particular day.
Despite of the problem encountered the 2017 Portfolio Day was successfully
done.

IV. Recommendation/ Conclusion


To make the activity more meaningful, a short program or perhaps an
internalization of the activity must be provided.
The school should set another plan specially in conflict schedule.
