HISTORY

Since first established in 1977, PT Mayora Indah Tbk has been one of Indonesia’s
important food industries. As a result of the country’s growth in economy and the shift of social
consumptive pattern towards more practical products, PT Mayora boasts a rapid growth over the
years. PT Mayora Indah Tbk is an Indonesia-based food manufacturer. The Company's six
product categories are biscuit, candy, wafer, chocolate, health food and coffee. Among its brand
names are Roma, Better, Danisa, Kopiko, Tamarin, Plonk, Astor, Roma, Choki Choki, Energen
and Torabika. The products are sold to both domestic and international markets. The Company
has five subsidiaries, which are engaged in food and finance industries, namely PT Sinar Pangan
Barat, PT Sinar Pangan Timur, PT Torabika Eka Semesta, PT Kakao Mas Gemilang and Mayora
Nederland B.V. The Company operates production facilities in Tangerang and Bekasi.

To meet the ever increasing market demands, PT Mayora Indah Tbk went public through
Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 1990. A successful move that is evident in the materialization of
factories in Tangerang, Bekasi and Surabaya, which employ 5,300 workers.

Supported with strong and wide distribution networks, products of PT Mayora Indah Tbk
are available throughout Indonesia and some overseas countries such as Malaysia, Thailand,
Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Africa, America and
Italy.

business relationships with more minority suppliers.

Mayora Indah Tbk. supplier diversity initiatives are based on finding qualified minority
who can conduct business with Mayora Indah Tbk. under the same terms, conditions, and quality
standards as other suppliers or business partners.
