2021 Stillwater Volleyball Parent Information
Welcome & Congratulations to your daughters for making a SVB Team!!!
Booster Club is comprised of volunteers who plan out Events supported by parent volunteers to
support the Coaching Staff and the SVB families. Booster Club is responsible for fundraising and
allocation of those funds to support the Teams in various ways throughout the season. We are
planning for a regular season, but things may change during the course of play & we appreciate your
patience in advance & will bring you any additional information as soon as it becomes available.

 Overall Budget
o In past years we run $18-20,000 budget for the year. Our expenses (Jerseys, Team apparel,
Pasta Feeds, Team Events & Equipment) are then paid for through Booster Club fundraising.
o We receive a very small contribution from the school so our fundraising efforts of Cookie sales,
Fast food donations, program advertisement, CUB bagging & Misc donations help cover costs.
o We do so much fundraising in order to keep Booster Club fee at a minimum
o We will collect $150 Booster Club fee which will be returned if 30 boxes of cookies sold
o We will collect a separate $50 Jersey fee – to be returned at end of year at jersey collection

 Sign up occurred at Registration – if you came in late please pick up stickers

 We count on your support – if you can’t make your sign-up date please find someone to fill your task.
o Line Judging, Pasta Dinners, Concessions, Tournaments, Bus Snacks
 Looking for Ball girls for Varsity games
Fundraising
 Cookie Dough Sales
o Cookie goal for each girl is 30 boxes sold
o Booster Club fee will be returned if goal is met.
o Players will load selling app on phone to track & inventory sales
o Payments can be Credit Card, Cash or Check made out to Stillwater Volleyball
o Can earn prizes & incentives for amount of product sold
o Sale runs 8/18-8/29 …. Payments collected 8/30 …. Delivery 9/14 3-5:30 SAHS Cafe
 Business Advertisement – we have advertising space available if interested in being a Sponsor

 Townie Tues @ Lift Bridge – 8/24 from 4-8:00 pm
o Please come and join in the fun … Cribbage & Corn hole games & Basket Raffle
o We will look for $10 donation from players this week to assemble baskets to raffle off
 CUB Bagging – 9/4 all Teams to participate in a 2hr shift
 Culvers – last Monday of month (8/30, 9/27, 10/25, 11/29) from 5-7:00 a percentage will be donated
Team Apparel
 Players were fitted for Team apparel – which is different for each team
 Players were given 2 practice T-shirts today & Jerseys
 Remainder of apparel expected around 9/1
On-line Apparel
 This is for Parents or Players to order extra Fan Wear items
 SVB does not receive any funds from the sales of items

Season items
 Bus transportation to away games will be provided

 Photography – Team pictures will be taken for yearbook
 Tickets – MUST purchase on-line at http://sahs.hometownticketing.com
o Can print or display on smartphone or ipad
o Can purchase up to 6 days in advance – no season passes will be issued
