    Infinite Campus (IC) Portal Access: Anyone that does not already have access to the IC Portal, please bring your identification to the EMS Counseling Office to receive your portal activation code.     Go to the EMS website at ems.svvsd.org to order your yearbook for this year. The price is $20. You can also order baby ads for 8th graders. See form on page 3!

    MAGAZINE FUNDRAISER!!
    Our prize day is this Tuesday, September 18th. All prizes will be given out at lunch. We will be having the Prize Scramble Party for students that sold 6 or more orders on Tuesday afternoon from 2:15 - 3:00 and the Game Truck for students that sold 10 or more orders from 3:15 - 4:30. ALL Students that sold 6 or more orders will get a coupon at lunch that they will need to be able to leave their class and go to the party.

    Looking for Parent Volunteers


    EMS is looking for parent volunteers to help with the score book and score board/ clock for our home athletic events. If this is something you are interested in helping with, please contact Staci Hoople at [email protected].

    This is the program that the EMS PTO will be using this year.

    Supplies Needed: Like our pantries, supplies need replenishing for our teachers. If you would like to help our teachers by purchasing supplies, sign into the website, search by zip code, select Erie Middle School, then shop for our teachers (maybe a bouquet of sharpened pencils will bring a smile to their day) www.teacherlists.com

    The Box Tops contest ends September 28! The top class wins a free breakfast. Each class that brings in at least
    750 box tops will get a snack party. Each teacher that participates receives a Staples gift bag with school supplies. Be sure to read your Weekly Update Blog or the Monthly Newsletter for more exciting box top news. If an entire grade level makes goal, they will get FREE lunch! If you do not have time to fill out contest sheets, please send box tops in anyway. I will be happy to count them. Please attach your student's name and teacher's name. If you need the box tops collection sheet, you can pick up copies in the Counseling Office. Do you like to shop online? Go through Box Tops Marketplace and Erie Middle School automatically receives box tops for your purchases. Do you use Expedia when making travel arrangements? Go through Box Tops Marketplace!
