PROJECT (AN) ALL NUMERATES is a project that aims to improve the numeracy skills of all
learners across grade levels and improve learning outcomes in Mathematics with the aid of
intervention programs and best practices that highly promote sustainable quality instruction of the K-
12 Curriculum

OBJECTIVE:
To monitor the effectiveness of the interventions and best practices implemented for the
improvement of individual learner’s numeracy skills and in the improvement of student learning
outcomes.
To indicate the extent to which targets have been met and the lessons learned from the
process (which should inform future practice).

A. STANDARDS. Mathematics/ Numeracy Coordinator’s and Learners’ Portfolio

DIRECTION: Check (√) the box that corresponds to the availability of the Mathematics/
Numeracy Coordinator’s Portfolio content in the context of the school’s Numeracy Interventions and
Best Practices under Project (AN) All Numerates.
