In this task you will take the initial steps toward creating a risk management plan about your
assigned business from the previous activity- CASE STUDY. You will create a plan on how you will
manage your business while overcoming the risk concerning health caused by the COVID- 19 pandemic.
For this plan, you will be making some very critical decisions concerning your assigned business as an
entrepreneur. The requirements for your plan are as follows according to the following given questions:

PART I: Explain what your good/service is and why it is needed during this time of pandemic? (what
makes it different)? Identify several examples of land, labor, and capital you will need. Explain how
you serve as the entrepreneur.

trade-off between resources or variations of your product. Use two points on your curve to explain
opportunity cost.
PART III: Analyze how COVID-19 pandemic will impact your business by explaining 3 areas you will
face difficulty and how you will try to reduce the impact. Explain why risk can never be avoided.
PART IV: Analyze how your company could benefit from taking alternative means/ ways in
maintaining the business and your employees. What opportunity costs will there be if you invest in
this alternative means/ ways? (Example: Work-from-Home Program)
