Description: Vinsys IT Services (I) Pvt Ltd (earlier System Consultant) is a nine year old Corporate Training firm
with its head office in Pune and branches in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida. It provides consultancy in designing
and delivering training solution in technical ,softskill, Project Management, ITIL to a large number of corporate
clients. Being an authorized training center of IBM, it also has huge number of clients Infosys, Tech Mahindra,
Syntel, Zensar, to name a few.

Responsibilities:
Interacting with the Departmental Heads and understand the Manpower requirements
Getting the Man Power Requisition Form filled by the Departmental heads Sourcing candidates from Job
Portals like Monster, Naukri and other references.
Conduct initial round of interview and passing on the candidates to further interview rounds in co-
ordination with the Departmental Heads
Continuous Follow-up with candidate and the Departmental Heads right from sourcing to final joining.
Handled Campus interviews.
Performance Management System:
Identifying Key Role Areas, Job Description & Key Performance Indicators by discussing with the HODs of
all the verticals
Designed the Performance Appraisal form for the organization
Identifying the employees for every cycle of Performance Assessment
Initiating the cycle of Performance Appraisals and seeing through that the process is being followed in the
right direction by all the verticals.
Forming a consolidated report and submission of the same to the management.
Drafting salary increment/promotion letters and seeing through that it has been issued.
Documentation and maintenance of the Performance Appraisal record.
Identifying the training need in discussion with various Departmental heads/feedback received through
performance appraisals etc.
Developing yearly training calendar and maintaining the same.
