Brief Overview

WORK EXPERIENCE

 Worked as a HR-Trainee from June 01, 2016 to Dec 30, 2016 in Basic Academy for Building
Lifelong Employability Ltd.
 Currently working as a HR Executive in Basic Academy for Building Lifelong Employability Ltd.

Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management:

 To ensure joining formalities for the employees on the payrolls.


 Leaves calculations and salary deductions.
 Responsible for Bank A/C opening process of employees.
 Ensure Salary Transfer of employees through Bank and Salary distribution.
 Taking care of issues and grievances of associates.
 Preparation of the following documents & when required- Offer Letter, Appointment Letter,
Salary Certificate, Relieving Letter, Bank Letter etc.
 Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance
coverage, deductions, salary changes, job titles & department/ location transfers, additions,
deletions, etc.

2. Statutory Compliances:

 Responsible for timely and accurate payment of various statutory dues like PF and
ESIC.

 Compliance of legal formalities - PF and ESI (if applicable).

3. Employee Engagement:

 Driving employee opinion survey within the organization.


 Organized and coordinated various events like all major festivals, fun at work. Annual
Functions, Sports meets, picnics, etc.
 Make the Birthday greeting posts and mail them according to the employee’s birthday.

4. Compensation Benchmarking:

 Includes Compensation benchmarking surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary


information as it relates to our salary competitiveness.

5. Recruitment:

Responsible for understanding and analyzing position details, executive search through jobsites,
advertisement, referral and to deliver results in a fast paced result oriented environment.

 Handled end to end recruitment across functions & levels which includes understanding job
requirements, short-listing CVs, coordinating local & outstation interviews, reference checks,
handling closures and handling all the related paperwork.
 Tracking employee strength against the manpower budgets & productivity norms.
 Develop ongoing creative recruitment sourcing for openings.
 Match candidate skills and levels of expertise as per company and position requirements.
 Conducting general screening interviews for skills assessment and availability.
 Disposition unqualified candidates.
 Assist manager in evaluating candidates and manage candidate flow during evaluation process. .
 Track applicant flow and work with coordinators to ensure tracking is complete.
 Updating the applicant record system on a real-time basis.

6 MIS:

 MIS preparation like PF & ESI, Employees Salary Detail, Salary Transfer Data and Recruitments.
 Manpower Statistics Reports consisting of Headcount across all departments and various levels.

7. Employee Welfare:

 Coordinating b/w employees and concerned team for Group Medical Insurance facility for all
employees.

8. System & Process Management:

 Suggests methods to update, simplify, and Implementation for enhancing processes & procedures
for various vital HR functions (Appraisals, transfers, F&F settlement, Manpower planning etc.

9. Employee Verification:

• Checking the credentials of the employee with the HR of the previous organizations.

concerned persons.
