Colorectal Cancer (CRC) is the second most common cancer in women and the third most common cancer in men. There is strong evidence for the role of Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs) in cancer progression. The identification and understanding CSCs genes such as LGR5 involved in the induction of cancer development is crucial in the prognosis of CRC. LGR5 is a membrane protein involved in several molecular signaling pathways, such as the Wnt signaling and NOTCH pathways. It has been shown that the LGR5 gene was overexpressed in CRC and is associated with the worst outcomes in patients with CRC, but molecular mechanisms of LGR5 in CRC development have been poorly identified. This review has summarized current studies about the role of stem cell marker of LGR5 in CRC progression. Future research in this area may improve the early detection of CRC, new therapies, and monitoring of CRC.

En el presente artículo se pretende determinar las principales convenciones representacionales que gobiernan el sistema iconogáfico de la litoescultura Tiwanaku, especificando las diferentes formas de interrelación y combinación entre sus diversos componentes. En base a ello, se elabora una secuencia estilística de sus principales obras escultóricas como una herramienta de trabajo para acercarse a las formas políticas desarrolladas entre el Estado altiplánico y otras entidades culturales de los Andes Centro Sur.
This paper attempts to determine the main representational conventions that rule the iconographic system of Tiwanaku's lithosculpture, specifying the different interrelation and combination forms of its various components. On this basis, a stylistic sequence of its main sculptures is built, as a means to approach the political forms developed between the Altiplanic State and other cultural entities of South-Central Andes.

The sequence of events is always either regular or chaotic. Regularity is an ordered sequence of events. In a chaotic sequence, however, such a law does not appear. This is our judgment, but from a philosophical point of view, this problem can be approached realistically. The sequence of natural numbers, the series of objects that cause and effect each other, many natural phenomena, and the limits of the set of human forces follow each other with a certain regularity.  The sequence of natural numbers follows one another according to the law "n + 1". As well as it is also possible to show the formulas for the regularity of these sets, i.e. regular systems. This applies to regular systems that have both finite and infinite number of limits. However, is it possible to collect them under a certain law, as in chaotic sequences? At first glance, it seems that, as its name suggests, if a sequence is "chaotic", then there is no question of "order". But in any case, as if in any plurality, if you look closely, you can see any order, taking into account certain "signs" of the limits in this or that arrangement.
In this article, we will look for a mathematical answer to such a philosophical question and try to show that there is a certain order in any chaos. In other words, no set of events in the universe is irregular. We will explain this according to Lagrange's "interpolation" formula.

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of the orientation on the thermal environment in the works of Fernand Pouillon and its role in the reduction of the strong continuous and daily variations of the temperatures. In the region of Biskra, Fernand Pouillon, seems to show his mastery of the parameters related to the external physical environment in order to create suitable indoor thermal environments in a hot and arid climate. In this regard, we used the experimental method, through the ECOTECT digital simulation program, to study the quantitative aspects of these thermal environments. Thus, we have particularly studied the influence of the orientation with respect to the sun and the wind on the thermal environments of our case study. Finally, a comparison between the temperatures, in the successive sequences, allowed us to demonstrate that the preferred choices in orientation by Fernand Pouillon are adequate or not. Résumé: L'objectif principal de cette recherche est d'évaluer l'impact de l'orientation sur les ambiances thermiques dans les oeuvres de Fernand Pouillon et son rôle dans la diminution des fortes variations continuelles et quotidiennes des températures. Dans la région de Biskra Fernand Pouillon, semble montrer sa maitrise des paramètres liés à l'environnement physique extérieur en vue de créer des ambiances thermiques intérieures convenables au sein d'un climat chaud et aride. À ce propos, nous avons eu recours à la méthode expérimentale, par le truchement du programme de simulation numérique ECOTECT, afin étudier les aspects quantitatifs de ces ambiances thermiques. Ainsi, nous avons particulièrement étudié l'influence de l'orientation par rapport au soleil et au vent sur les ambiances thermiques de notre cas d'étude. Enfin, une comparaison entre les températures, dans les séquences successives, nous a permis de démontrer que les choix privilégiés en matière d'orientation par Fernand Pouillon sont adéquats ou non.
