This is the sample of Service Lever Agreement (SLA) for Information Technology (IT) contracts. i wrote this to give general overview for students wishing to know how to write SLA.
As a student of institute of finance management class of 2014 computer science i would like to thank all my class mates.

What is Information Management?
Information management is a field of expertise, a business function responsible for managing information through the lifecycle irrespective of source or format enabling organisations to capture, manage, store, register, classify, deliver, and dispose through preservation or destruction. The question I often hear is: “Who is responsible for proper managing of information?! It is not our concern but records & information managers’?!”  The simple answer to this would be:

“Information Managers and Employees are Responsible to Capture and Manage Information Properly”

Since data and information are of great business importance, they should be considered as any other organisation’s asset. The responsibility of managing assets isn’t only organizational responsibility but personal too. This principle should be accepted across the board, from senior management downwards, or else any proposed information governance will simply be a letter on a paper.  All employees are responsible to capture and manage information properly and reliably. This is achievable by adopting the above-mentioned principle of clear policy that effectively provides staff-members with orientation on the importance of information. Abstrak Rumah sakit merupakan pusat penelitian medik dan pusat pelatihan bagi tenaga kesehatan dengan fungsi menyediakan penyembuhan penyakit, pelayanan paripurna, dan pencegahan penyakit kepada masyarakat. Rumah sakit sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat. Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1171/MENKES/PER/VI/2011 pasal 1 Ayat 1 menyebutkan bahwa "Setiap rumah sakit wajib melaksanakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit". Dalam proses penerapan rumah sakit juga dihadapkan pada permasalahan mempertahakan penggunaan sistem serta pemeliharaan SIMRS. RSUD Dr. Soebandi adalah rumah sakit yang berada di Kabupaten Jember. Rumah sakit ini bertipe B Pendidikan dan telah menggunakan sistem informasi rumah sakit atau SIMRS. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja Sim-rs, apakah sudah memenuhi kebutuhan strategi bisnis/TI, dan mana yang masih membutuhkan perbaikan serta penyempurnaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja Sim-rs pada layanan IGD rumah sakit menggunakan IT Balanced Scorecard dari empat perspektif, yaitu: perspektif kontribusi perusahaan, perspektif orientasi pengguna, perspektif penyempurnaan operasional, dan perspektif orientasi masa depan. Dari hasil pengukuran yang telah kerjakan didapatkan bahwa kinerja Sim-rs pada layanan IGD rumah sakit sudah cukup baik, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan hasil ukuran IT Balanced Scorecard yang dihasilkan dari masing-masing perspektif.

The satisfaction that accompanies that the successful completion of any task would be incomplete without the mention of people whose ceaseless cooperation made it possible, whose constant guidance and encouragement crown all efforts with success.

Abstract
Personalization drives value co-creation and willingness to pay for customers. Consumers are keen to receive personalized services but have various willingness to pay for the personalization process. The willingness to pay is influenced by motives for customer purchase behavior and personalization expectations in a specific context. It also depends on disposable income and the availability of resources, as well as the severity of requirements. The results indicate that customers comprise a heterogeneous market concerning their personalization expectations and willingness to pay. The paper proposes a customer typology based on a conceptual framework that includes personalization, willingness to pay, customer philosophy, and novelty-familiarity continuum. By analyzing data from thirty-eight semi-structured interviews, six customer types are proposed, namely: Budget Adventurer, Family Explorer, Relation Seeker, Relaxation Seeker, Delight Seeker, and Must-Have Customer. The findings suggest that revenue managers should understand customer personalization preferences for each type in order to develop effective pricing strategies.

The objective of this study that was conducted with 1077 hotel managers in 11 countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, was to identify the effects of technological, organizational, and environmental (TOE) factors on hotel managers' intentions to adopt robotic technologies in their hotels. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized to test the study hypotheses. The results indicated that hotel managers' intention to adopt robotic technologies were positively influenced by their perceived relative advantage, competitive pressure and top management support and negatively influenced by their perceived complexity of the technology. The study results further demonstrated that the impacts of relative advantage, complexity, top management support, and competitive advantage on intention to adopt were moderated by innovativeness. The current study also addressed the theoretical and practical implications to existing knowledge and practice in the hotel industry.

OIS software is a desktop-based system that will be developed to provide comprehensive software solution for the orthopedics department. The system will improve the work process and increase the productivity of the health system. It is used to manage the entire work process and generate the desired reports.
This orthopedics information system is developed primarily to overcome the problems faced by the existing system. The system will be developed through object-oriented system analysis and design (OOSAD) approach and object-oriented programing language (i.e. Java) for coding. The requirements are gathered and modelled based on the need of users of the system collected through different data collection tools.
Generally, the proposed system performs tasks related to patient registration, appointment booking, and prescription and diagnosis details of a patient and report generation.

This study aims to explicate the strategic utilization of Information Systems (IS) in health sector of upmost significance as Health Information System (HIS). There is a fundamental role in improvement of IS and knowledge transfer, especially in developing countries and following of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). HIS, despite of its importance for a secure access to patients' vital medical information among doctors, nurses, pharmacists, other healthcare providers, and the patients themselves, is still in its infancy in the developing countries. A number of barriers have been identified as the root cause of the problem, the most challenging of which is the lack of user requirements. Generally, the previous studies on HIS have not taken into account the factor of user requirements. Furthermore, to date, there is no comprehensive model available for the success of HIS, which takes the impact of
user requirements factor in the developing countries into consideration. Thus, the present study addresses this gap by exploring the influence of user requirements factor on HIS in Yemen. Rapidly evolving technology transforms IS and information transfer significantly without the rapid pace of IS in the healthcare sector that leaves no support choice for service providers if they want to remain competitive. Human capital, an important element in the context of relationships with contemporary employees, is the most important competitive advantage in healthcare systems.
Therefore, healthcare professionals need a new strategy for the public health sector and the training of their employees.Besides, the knowledge and skills of health professionals are not only vital components, but also essential for the quality of care and health of society. Therefore, these motivations mean that today's health care providers are embracing IS in the health sector.

Biometrics-based personal verification is a powerful security features in technology era. Palmprint is an important complement and reliable biometric that can be used for identity verification because it is stable and unique for every individual. This paper presents a new palmprint verification method by using the contourlet features and
AdaBoost classification. The contourlet transform is a new two dimensional extension of the wavelet transform using multi-scale and directional filter banks. It can effectively capture smooth contours that are the dominant features in palmprint images. AdaBoost is used as a classifier in the experiments. Experimental results shows that the contourlet features when classify by using AdaBoost (α-Type) classifier are very suitable for invariant palmprint verification. The experimental results illustrate the effectiveness of the method proposed.

The best medical care can be assessed not only from the quality of service that is delivered by a hospital
and professionally trained doctors and nurses but also from good records management practices. When the
healthcare industry started to implement HISs, the use of electronic medical records (EMRs) as form of
electronic records are exposed to the critical issues associated with the confidentiality of the patient records
and unethical behaviours. When a law is in place, it will prohibit any abuses and increase the staff’s
integrity. Integrity use can be best stated as the honesty and ethical use of records. A survey has been
conducted among the medical records personnel in the three Malaysian government hospitals. The findings
revealed that medical records policy is a significant predictor of integrity use, which is positively
correlated.

The project Transport Autonomous of Materials (TAM) has the objective of demonstrate the possibility of automate the materials transport necessary in a surgical center, raising the process efficiency with electronic orders and delivery robot, providing an economy of time to the professionals, that can give a better assistance to the patient.

A surgical center is one of the more complex environments in a hospital, concentrating a lot of necessary resources to surgery.

The importance of the complex procedures that happens in this place needs much attention as possible, and any tools that can become it easy, faster or become better some secondary process, raise the chances of success in these procedures.

For this, a software manage the materials needs and send to the Follow Line Vehicle (FLV) the necessary way to the deliveries. The FLV follow in an autonomous way using his sensors to identify the tags and lines that delimit the way, automating the order process and materials delivery.

The project must be safe and of a low cost, enabling the substitution of human manpower, providing agility to the procedures and accuracy to the activities, generating in this way, economy and quality to the process of materials transport.

You can use this idea in all transports of materials.

These days, with the advancement in technology, smart and mobile-based check-ins are in use by the guests instead of a key. The largest hotels in the world are using this technology to open the doors of rooms for guests, upon arrival. Digital keyless doors have various forms like pin pads, keycards, and electromagnetic fobs. They have made life easier by eliminating the need to carry the key everywhere. There are various uses of these smart check-ins like they are prone to theft, hacking and demagnetizing. There is no need for duplicate keys now. This technology saves the hotel management from having so many keys for the rooms. They come with special features like the room key is encrypted to a guest’s mobile app. The room key is registered with the guest’s number which means that the key can’t be transferred to another device or key. For enabling security, the key is active during the time, the room is booked. It is true that this technology is expensive and costs a lot. Some hotels have installed them in stages like common doors have a keyless entry but traditional locks are installed at individual unit doors. This paper will explain the detailed features of this technology along with technological implementation & guest experience. The discussion will be carried out on the key players of this technology, its pros and cons, and future trends.

Purpose -This paper aims to propose a tool to help policy makers understand the dynamic relationships between security and privacy on a strategic (macro) level. Design/methodology/approach -The methodology is ported from the discipline of Macroeconomics, and applied to the information security and privacy domain. The methodology adopted is the so-called "cross methodology" which claims ownership of the well-known supply/demand market equilibrium exercise. Findings -Early evaluation reveals that this is a potentially very effective tool in understanding societal behaviour and position towards information security and privacy and therefore makes this a suitable tool for investigating and exploring scenarios that can assist in policy making. Originality/value -Up to date, research on the economics of security and privacy has been primarily focusing on a micro level. The main contribution of this paper is a methodology for investigating privacy and security on a macro level. We believe that our approach in undertaking this research is new and looking at the issues and relationships between security and privacy at a macro level, gives a better understanding of the problems at hand and how to resolve them. Practical implications -The proposed tool may increase the efficiency of policy making and planning as it enables the policy makers on a governmental and strategic level to run scenarios in order to investigate the effect of their decisions (for example, an introduction of a stricter law relating to computer misuse) to the delicate balance of security and privacy.
