The hospital's management system includes improved profitability, improved administration, and better patient care. The goal of this study is to create a digital management system that will boost the hospital's effectiveness and systems integration standards. It was able to produce a module that would provide some facilities, like booking doctors, booking lab test slots, pharmacy services, and getting health programs. This system consists of an admin handling part, which means admin can manage users, pharmacy systems, health program management, and manage booking of doctor's appointments and lab tests. And through this system, the admin can generate multiple reports according to his needs[7]. A module that would manage the admission bills and pharmaceutical payments; and a module that could monitor the medicine inventory of the hospital pharmacy. OBJECTIVE : Hospitals currently use a manual system for the management and maintenance of critical information. The current system requires numerous paper forms, with data stores spread throughout the hospital management infrastructure. Often information (on forms) is incomplete, or does not follow management standards. Forms are often lost in transit between departments requiring a comprehensive auditing process to ensure that no vital information is lost. Multiple copies of the same information exist in the hospital and may lead to inconsistencies in data in various data stores. A significant part of the operation of any hospital involves the acquisition, management and timely retrieval of great volumes of information. This information typically involves; patient personal information and medical history, staff information, room and ward scheduling, staff scheduling, operating theater scheduling and various facilities waiting lists. All of this information must be managed in an efficient and cost wise fashion so that an institution's resources may be effectively utilized HMS will automate the management of the hospital making it more efficient and error free. It aims at standardizing data, consolidating data ensuring data integrity and reducing inconsistencies. PROJECT OVERVIEW : The Hospital Management System (HMS) is designed for Any Hospital to replace their existing manual, paper based system. The new system is to control the following information; patient information, room availability, staff and operating room schedules, and patient invoices. These services are to be provided in an efficient, cost effective manner, with the goal of reducing the time and resources currently required for such tasks. The great importance has been attached to the steering of hospital performance, by the WHO and the Moroccan Ministry of Health, so hospitals, and more specifically university hospitals, have opted for an effective mode of control and for a results-based management targeting performance while taking into account the social dimension and non-market activity of public hospitals. Our problem is: what are the contributions of the management control system for public hospitals? To understand this problem, we based ourselves on a study by interviews with hospital officials. Our findings and conclusions can be of use to researchers, managers, and decision-makers in setting up a management control system in hospital settings while fostering accountability for managers moving from resource-based management. results-based management.

Every hospital needs an online system whereby it can accommodate the everyday hospital tasks comfortably and maintain smooth flow of operations. There should be a system where the patients are categorized under insurance policy and non policy holders and the system helps the hospital management to claim the bills from concerned insurance companies. All these needs and much more are fulfilled in Hospital Maintenance System. Hospital Maintenance System is useful to record patient’s details. It also records the inpatient details and outpatient details and arranges the appointment of doctors. Hospital Maintenance System also provides the management reports like schedules, appointments of doctors, inpatients, insurances and discharges. It also is used to generate bills dynamically for the discharged patients etc. The administrative user can access all the details regarding the patients, doctors, accountants, and also manipulate them accordingly. He can also create new users and change their passwords. He can add/delete information related to inpatients, outpatients, rooms availability, billing, management reports and insurance information. The doctors can view his own appointments and information of inpatients and outpatients for any day. An accountant can add the information related to patient insurances and view all the reports. He can view the details of inpatients, outpatients and discharged patient’s information. He also collects the bill amount from the patient and enters it into the system. Hospital Maintenance System thus ensures centralized operation of the hospital management tasks and characterizes user friendliness and time saving.

Hospital Management System includes registration of patients, storing the details into the system and appointing doctors online. Our software has the facility to give a unique id for every patient and stores the details of every patient and list of all the doctors which work in the hospital. It includes a search availability of a doctor and the details of a patient using the id. Our system gives each doctor a unique code due to which patients can book their appointments online. The Hospital Management System can be entered using a username and a password. It is accessible by an administrator, doctor and the patient as well. Each doctor has their unique username and password which can be logged in by their correspond email-id , like the doctor patient also have their unique username and pass. But the admin has access to both the doctors and patients details and everything which would help the admin to keep an eye over its hospital management. The interface is simple and userfriendly. The data are well protected for personal use and makes the data processing very fast.
