Over the past years, beverages with excessive sugar, caffeine and sodium were consumed
more. Today, consumers have been more educated, prefer healthier options, and growing
trend of healthy lifestyle have led to an increase demand for natural and healthy products.
The aim of the study was to analyze young consumers’ soft drink buying behaviors
in threefold by explaining reasons of buying soft drinks, factors that affect soft drink
buying decisions, and preferences about ingredients in soft drinks. The survey method
was used, and the field study was conducted with university students in Izmir City, Turkiye
by convenience sampling method. The results showed that young consumers buy soft
drinks since they like its taste, they can use them as a substitution of water when they are
thirsty, and they can find soft drinks easily at every point of sales. It was obtained that the
most important factor affecting students’ soft drink buying decisions is the brand name
of the soft drink. Besides, it was found out that packaging, aroma diversity, and having
healthy ingredients also affect their buying decisions. It was revealed that young generation’s
main concern regarding the ingredients in soft drinks was sugar level. The study
contributes to literature by investigating young consumers’ soft drinks buying behaviors
and showing how health-conscious behaviors may change buying behaviors.

Dále byly identifikovány faktory, které ovlivňují složení komunikačního mixu minipivovarů, a to rok založení minipi vovaru a existence restaurace v minipivovaru. Výsledky výzkumu jsou omezeny jak vybraným odvětvím, tak velikostní skupinou sledovaných podniků.

Abstract:
Over the past two decades, remote work has emerged as a significant trend, with the COVID-19 pandemic accelerating its widespread adoption. What began as an experiment in the IT  industry has transformed traditional work paradigms, reshaping communication patterns, organizational practices, and psycho-emotional responses to work. This study delves into the management innovations driving the evolution of remote and hybrid work environments. By analyzing how organizations are redefining strategies to maintain productivity, foster  collaboration, and enhance employee engagement in these increasingly flexible models, we  aim to uncover the key factors contributing to their success. Through a mixed-methods  approach, insights from managers across various industries will be gathered to identify  challenges and best practices. This research offers critical recommendations for organizations  seeking to navigate and thrive in the future of work.

Technological Innovation has become an indispensable tool for organizations to gain competitive advantage, increase performance, venture into new markets and survive in such a competitive atmosphere. A plethora of research has found that technological innovation is a critical factor that improves organizational performance. The study focused on investigating the effects of technological innovation on the performance of SMEs in the manufacturing industry. The study objectives were to establish the factors that influence technological innovativeness among manufacturing SMEs in Zimbabwe, determine the effect of product innovation on the performance of manufacturing SMEs, to ascertain the effect of process innovation on the performance of manufacturing SMEs in Zimbabwe and to establish the challenges faced by SMEs in the manufacturing sector adopting technological innovation in Zimbabwe. A quantitative research approach was adopted. The researcher used simple random sampling in this study and every member in the sample size has an equal opportunity to be selected. A total sample size of 66 respondents was selected randomly. A structured questionnaire was distributed to respondents and the response rate was approximately 76%. Data was processed on excel which was later uploaded on the SPSS and SmartPLS version 3.2.1 softwares. Cronbach Alpha of 0.886 was obtained and this indicated the strong reliability and validity of the study results. Composite and Average variance extracted was also used to assessed the validity of the study. It was discovered that experienced human capital, leadership, access to funding, competition, and organisation mission and culture are important in influencing innovation in SMEs. In addition, the study revealed that product and process innovation had an impact on manufacturing SMEs' organizational performance that was statistically significant. It emerged that product and process innovation improves a number of financial performance indicators for a business, including sales growth, market expansion, rising customer happiness, and rising profit margins. Therefore, in line with the findings, the study recommends that the government must develop and implement a wide range of innovation policies that encourage best practices and support company growth and should support the creation and ongoing operation of innovative businesses through partnerships. Future studies should expand the study's scope and sample size and other factors related to product and process innovations. In addition, future research has to take into account the creation of national and regional government policies that encourage innovation among SMEs.

Current theory suggests that market orientation implies a uniform, external focus, throughout the enterprise as a whole. Strategies for improving a firm's market orientation have been directed largely at the intangible, knowledge management and marketing processes of the firm. Through its failure to demonstrate how the more tangible resources of the firm, such as manufacturing and logistics, might participate in this construct, market orientation theory has been criticised as operationally impractical. An examination of market orientation in a manufactured, outsourced business service company revealed that a firm's transition toward a market orientation is progressive. At a given point in time, a firm may be undertaking the process of adjusting to its markets intuitively or cognitively; market responsiveness may be occurring as a location-specific approach within pockets of the firm, or as an enterprise-wide strategy; and some of the conditions specified may be met, some may be partly met and others may remain to be addressed in the future. Transient structures as management techniques for improving a market orientation did not resolve the underlying dilemma of establishing an enterprise-wide market-oriented organisational structure.

This study aims to determine the Competency Level of Milk Tea shops in San Nicolas, Pangasinan mediating the marketing mix 4P’s in terms of Product, Promotion, Place, and Price. This study is a descriptive method type and a quantitative style of research and the researcher used a convenience sampling technique. In conclusion, the Competency assessment reveals milk tea shops in San Nicolas excel across dimensions, ensuring exceptional experiences. Customers perceive high competency but note areas for improvement. The discrepancy between management and customer perceptions underscores the need for alignment to enhance competitiveness and satisfaction. Thus, Milk tea shops in San Nicolas excel in customer satisfaction and value delivery. To sustain success, they should prioritize feedback, staff training, product diversification, promotions, place enhancement, pricing optimization, and community engagement. Customers seek improvements in product variety and bundled deals. The study proposes six propositions, focusing on the local functional food attributes which correspond with customer satisfaction. It is believed that this article will provide clear insights into how local functional food attributes affect satisfaction. This study explores the direct effects of self-esteem, risk preference, leader behavior, and formal authority system, and the indirect effects of self-esteem on extrinsic and intrinsic motivation for a sample of fleet managers. Self-esteem and risk preference are chosen as variables because they can be assessed by managers based on working with their employees. Leader behavior and formal authority system are commonly used situational variables in marketing research. Results reveal significant direct effects for self esteem on intrinsic motivation, significant indirect effects for self esteem on extrinsic motivation, and significant direct effects for situational variables on extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. Finding that both dispositional and situational variables have a significant and distinct effect on buyer motivation provides additional insight into the management of the purchasing function. Of particular interest is the finding that the efficacy of managerially controlled situational variables like leader behavior and formal authority system is affected by self-esteem. This finding suggests that purchasing managers should be sensitive to individual differences in self-esteem when making decisions on rewards and on the imposition of external controls on their subordinates.

Purpose: Prior literature has shown that the acceptance of new technologies can improve the long-term performance of sales forces and firms. However, new technologies are likely to introduce obstacles to acceptance, especially for those technologies that represent a massive change for the user. Sales force members who drastically change their work processes in order to integrate a technology sacrifice both time and effort and may be distracted from their primary goals (e.g. hitting deadlines or sales goals). Thus, we investigate how perceived technological change can negatively moderate individual motives to accept a new technology. Furthermore, we analyze how managerial support can help overcome the acceptance issues caused by perceived technological change. Methodology/approach: Data for this study was collected from 163 sales force members via an online survey. Respondent data was collected using a private market research firm that provides access to online panels. We utilize structural equation modeling for factor analysis and ordinary least squares (OLS) regression for testing the hypotheses. Findings: We find that perceived technological change negatively moderates the influence of individual goal orientation on to acceptance of new technology. We also find that managerial support, as opposed to team goal commitment, will positively moderate an individual's goal orientation onto acceptance of new technology. This suggests that managerial support is necessary in order to encourage acceptance of technologies that present drastic change for the end user. Post-hoc analysis takes a deeper look into potential curvilinear effects, a three-way interaction, and differences among categories of technologies. This analysis reveals that the negative influence of perceived technological change specifically affects the acceptance of behavioralbased technologies, as opposed to outcome-based technologies, thus necessitating the moderating influence of managerial support. Contribution: This study demonstrates the acceptance issues presented by technologies associated with drastic perceived technological change. This article identifies and suggests how to more appropriately enhance acceptance of technologies that introduce drastic changes by sales force employees, thus enhancing potential long-term organizational performance.
