Pak Choy- another hard try

This is my another attempt to grow Pak Choy. Snails have been my biggest enemy! They munch the plants over the night! By morning there will be no sign of this vegetable!

Luckily this time some have been saved! I turn evil. I pour around the snail poison and I see many snails died. There is no sorry for them! It's a war for almost 2 years! A tough war using environment friendly method but it fail miserably!

Below is my first water plant with guppies to control mosquitoes breeding! First flower! It's a start of beautiful day!

Pegaga have been producing a lot of leaves. It disappear for about 6 months and make a come back last month. I think it went into hibernation like the polar bear! ;)

Luckily I never discharge the soil in this pot. It was left under the mango tree. Out of nowhere, suddenly I saw it regrow back last month! Miracle of gardening I guess!

This leaves are very beneficial. I have wrote about the benefit few years ago. This herbs is so much welcomed to my garden!

Banana close up

Finally I manage to take a photo of closer look of the banana fruit. There were so many leaves blocking the fruits previously. I chop down some of the leaves.

This is suppose to be small size banana or called "pisang emas" in Malay. They taste sweet and can be made dessert called "kuih cekodok". This dessert is made from flour, bananas and salt. Just mix and fry them. It's palatable dessert during tea break!

Apart from that,  it's also suitable to make cake as it has natural sweet taste! I just can't wait for the fruit to ripe!
