Seeds from Singapore!!!!!!
Balsam reminds me of my childhood time..... There were many different colours of balsams in my parents house back then!
Me and my siblings use to search for ripe pod and it burst very quick! We even have our own portion of garden for balsam! Those were the days!
The other day i was admiring Ting's Balsam plants! It was so healthy with many flowers! I was so suprise that she offered to send me the seeds! The seeds arrived yesterday! I am so happy! Now i can have Balsam in my house!!!!
Thank you Ting!

Plant Profile, Culture and Propagation :
Botanical Name: Torenia fournieri
Common Name: Bluewings, Wishbone Flower, Torenia
Family name: Scrophulariaceae
Plant type: Flowering annual with height of 6-12 inches, maybe even as tall as 15″ and a spread almost as wide for a very healthy plant
Light: Partial to full shade, but can tolerate hot sun. Thrives well with morning sun and afternoon shade
Moisture: Requires lots of water, so do not let it dry between watering
Soil: Grows best in consistently moist soil, preferably compost-enriched
Propagation: From germination of seeds or herbaceous stem cuttings. Cuttings root easily without the need of rooting hormone, just stick them into the soil and in a couple of weeks they’ll establish themselves!

I guess it run from my long beans trail to my front yard ! or may be crawl all the way accross the road again to my house ( remember i throw the leaves with 50-60 newly hatched caterpillar?)
I pick it out, throw on the ground and put a big stone on it and came to work...! I'm becoming cruel........
