Another graduation card style

Card for male high school graduates:

Only 2 guys took my spring semester parenting class so this is what I styled for them in order to express congratulations:

A little bit of bling but not ultra dainty like those shown in my other posting today.

Graduation cards for high school seniors

Cards for high school graduates:

Layouts and stamped focals are repeated; it's only the colors and embellishments that change from one card to the next in order to save time. These are some examples of what I did for my gals:

multi pattern papers for birthday card

Glitz and glam add bling to this 4" x 6" birthday card for my mom this week. The color combos of the pattern papers make it feel vintage but the mixing of patterns certainly makes it feel retro "Moxie Fab"-ulicious!

Thanks to Jolee's All That Bling for the metallic jewel flowers, flourish swirls, and jewel stick-ons. Thanks to Kaisercraft for the pattern papers and DCWV for the adhesive-backed steel gray cardstock.

By using my own stashed supply of shapes templates and French curve stencils, this card was fairly easy to put together in less than an hour (and that includes the fussy-cutting of the flower shapes shown in the inside view).

Hope Mom likes it as much as I do. Happy #72, Mom!

card topic: embellishments

Embellishments for an uplifting sympathy card: main colors are green and yellow with blue, brown, and orange has the key accent colors.

Several types of embellishments are used for the front: layered flower brads, jewel stick-ons (Jolee's Bling), cardstock border (Making Memories), and colorful alphabet stickers (Creativity Works). The 2 green/yellow patterned papers are (Colorbok). Colorbok, Jolee's Bling, and Making Memories items were purchased at a local Hobby Lobby store.

The inside has a coordinated layered flower brad from same collection as those featured on the front.
