Funny Bloopers R Us

It's the second Friday of the month so I'll be sharing some bloopers with you after our regularly scheduled program. Who doesn't love seeing bloopers—those pics that normally would get deleted before they'd ever be posted on a blog. Did I move? Did TW move? Who caused the screw-up this month?

Back in the days when TW actually had a paying job, she worked two blocks from Macy's flagship store in Herald Square. She'd spend all her money there during her lunch hour. I would have to snoopervise what was in the bags. Usually they were filled with useless stuff like towels and pillows—which were comfy— or Christmas decor—which wasn't. TW learned the hard way—and so did I—that I shouldn't jump into the bags until she took the handles off. While I didn't get caught during this foto shoot, I did get caught when she used the bag for recyclable newspapers. It wasn't pretty, kitties. I ran through the condo with the handle wrapped around my neck. TW managed to calm me down enough to cut it off. Those were the days when I was really feral too and I didn't like anyone touching me. One last note: did you notice the color of my eyes? They were amber back then and later on they turned green.

I hear you axing yourself: what the Hell-o Kitty is that supposed to be and why are we posting it on a semi-professional blog? We were doing our penultimate campaign for Blogpaws and TW wanted pics of me receiving the food as a present. While we didn't have gel on the lens, TW's Canon is old and every once in awhile it refuses to focus even on automatic. Undaunted, she got her Olympus to finish the foto shoot but this is truly a classic. It's certainly begging to made made into an art piece like all foto fails or bloopers. Looking back on it, I think we should've used it anyhoo since we're not on their radar anymore as it is.

Can you see the smile on my face? TW was trying to get me to face the camera or at least look at the box of food I was reviewing. That would be a negative, Woman. I was probably looking at the bag of treats TW had out to pay reward me for posing. At least this blooper is in focus.

Here's a bonus blooper. I was doing a post about the fire in our laundry room and TW axed me to pose with the police/fire scanner. I was annoyed. I was also sleepy. It might have held my innerest if she'd turned the durned thing on or dropped a few Greenies SmartBites next to it.
