    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, FRANCISCO G. GARCIA, of legal age, Filipino, married to OFELIA PALMA a resident of


    Balanoy, Lapaz, respectively for and consider of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
    THOUSAND (Php 150,000.00) Philippine currency paid in hand by RAYSON N. GONZALES,
    of legal age, Filipino, single and resident of San Carlos Road, Brgy. Burot, Tarlac City do hereby
    sell, transfer and convey absolutely and unconditionally unto the said vendees their heirs and
    assigns of the undivided Portion of 729 square meters more particularly described as follows:

    A PARCEL OF LAND ( Lot 7 of the subdividion plan psd-03-031733 (OLT), being a
    portion of lot 290, Cad. 92, La Paz Cadastre L.R.C. Rec. No._______), situated in the
    Barrio of Paludpud, Municipality of La Paz, Province of Tarlac. Bounded on the NW.,
    along line 1-2 by lot 3,on the NE., along line 2-3 by lot 8; both of the subdivision plan;
    on the SE., along line 3-4 by Before Road to Caut, Now Abondoned and on the SW.,
    along line 4-1 by lot 6 of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan
    being S. 28 deg. 33’W., 456.25 m. from BBM no. 6, La Paz Cadastre.
    Thence N. 18 deg. 44’E., 47.94 m. to point 2;
    Thence S. 68 deg. 14’E., 18.71 m. to point 3;
    Thence S. 27 deg. 04’W., 48.08 m. to point 4;
    Thence N. 68 deg. 15’W., 11.74 m. to the point of
    Beginning, containing an area of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (729), Square
    Meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by
    OLT cyl. conc. mons. 15X40 cms. Bearings true; date of the Original Survey Nov. 1915
    Oct. 1916 and that of the subdivision survey March 24, 1989 and was approved on
    August 4, 1989.

    Of which I am the present owner in free simple in accordance with the Law. The title there to
    being evidenced by the TCT No. 40065
