    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, ANACLETA C. CAPUZ, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of


    Sipsipin, Jalajala, Rizal, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.
    For and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand
    Pesos (130,000.00) PESOS to me in hand paid by JORGE PAJASTUNAN
    LAGROSA, of legal age, Filipino, married to MA. LIBERTY P. LAGROSA, and
    resident of No. 692 Gen. Kalentong St., Mandalyong City, do hereby SELL,
    TRANSFER, and CONVEY, unto the said vendee, her heirs, successors and
    assign, One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Eight 25/100 (1, 828.25) square
    meters, portion of a certain parcel of land situated in the Sipsipin, Jalajala,
    Rizal and more particularly described as follows:

    Record No.), situated in Barrio of Sipsipin, Municipality of Jala-jala,
    Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by
    Lot 381; on the NE, along line 2-3 by Lot 403 (Brgy. Road) and along line
    3-4 by Lot 379; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 382 all of the
    subdivision Pla. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 38
    deg. 28”E., 1580.39 m. From BLIM No. 1, ala-jala, Rizal.

    Thence N. 6 deg. 05’W., 49.01 m. to point 2;


    Thence S. 75 deg. 36”E., 55.36 m. to point 3;
    Thence S. 2 deg. 57 “W ., 37.62 m. to point 4;

    This instrument consisting of two (2) pages including this page where
    the acknowledgement is written, has been signed on the left margin of each
    and every page thereof by the Seller and his witnesses, and sealed with my
    notarial seal.
