Questions 1 & 5 are compulsory. Of the remaining l, three questions are to be answered;
ensuring one question from each section is attempted.
UPSC does not specify the number of words for 20-marker questions. Going by Q1 & Q5, you
should try to write around 300 words... while filling all the given (4) pages.
Sub-parts of questions should be answered sequentially.
