Case Worker for (Public Aid Organization) (PAO) (08– 06 – 20 till 07– 12 – 20)
Al-Shirqat City
Responsibilities:

• Provide case management services to participants, identifying needs of the cases and
discuss the needs with the case manager in order to work on the case work plan.
• Follow up with the internal and external referrals in order to insure provide the services to
the child case.
• Work closely with the other project team especially the social workers, and coordinate
to provide the PSS services needed for the cases, as well as the lawyers for any support
if needed.
• Maintain timely, confidential case documentation.
• Adherence to the case management plan that was developed by the case manager.
• Encourage and contribute to a safe and collaborative working environment where
self-care as well as care of colleagues is prioritized.

Community Mobilizer for Human Appeal organization (13 – 01 – 19 till 13 – 06 – 19)

• Supervise the CFS/ AFS Facilitators and community volunteers in CFS, ensuring that activities
are implemented in an appropriate manner.
• Consistently collect data on activities implemented and attendance, recording attendance of
children. submit weekly reports that are on time and of high quality 3- Assist the Facilitators
in working with children to develop new, creative activities as appropriate

discussions and key informant interviews either in the field or via telephone.

observations.
• Travel frequently to the field for M&E activity.
• Conduct post-distribution /post-implementation monitoring activities, including telephone
interviews, key informant interviews and focus group discussions.
