Dear Parents
Greetings!

Wishing you a happy summer! May the good sunshine of this season fill
your life with glee and glow and bring to your heart love and laughter!
Here are a few activities planned to encourage students to explore,
engage and enjoy while they learn a lot!
Waiting to listen to them as they share their memories once they are back
to school!
Have a safe and joyous vacation!

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. The aim of the holiday homework is to inculcate the practice of research, analysis, creativity
and presentation in the students.
2. All the work has to be neatly compiled and submitted immediately after the school reopens.
3. Students are encouraged to refer to books, to visit libraries, museums and other places for
their research work. PLAGIARISM IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Keep your work as
original as possible.
4. Student’s work shall be evaluated on the following criteria:
• Originality
• Content
• Presentation
• Team work
5. School is not expecting the assignments to be perfect. Original work by the child shall be
acknowledged. Parent’s help should limit itself to encouragement and doubt removal.
6. The first page of the report file/ folder will have the following details-

7. The students must be encouraged to read newspapers daily and stay updated with current
affairs.
8. Follow a healthy routine and eating habits and give time to pursuing your hobbies. Go for
nature walk and exercise every day.

1. POSTER MAKING:

Design a poster on an A-4 Size sheet to show how you imagine your school should be in the next
academic session on the basis of the lesson “The Fun They Had”. Use your creativity to make the
poster visually attractive/Eye catching. You can add a jingle, slogan or short verse to your Art
Integration.

2. DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH:

Write a Descriptive paragraph on any tourist destination of India in about 80 words in your
English register. You can draw or stick pictures to beautify it.

1. Pourquoi vous choisissez le français pour étudier ? Quels sont les avantages d'étudier une
langue etrangère? (50-60 mots)

2. Décrivez votre sport favorie en 50 mots.

1) चुनावी प्रचार के शोर से होने वाली परे शाननयोों की चचाा करते हुए दू सरे शहर में रहने वाले अपने नमत्र को पत्र नलखिए।

2) दो नमत्रोों के बीच "लोकतोंत्र का सशक्त आधार मतदान" नवषय पर सोंवाद नलखिए।

3) नकसी भी पार्टी के प्रचार का एक आकषा क नचत्र समाचार पत्र से िोज कर लगाइए और उसका नचत्र वर्ान कीनजये।
