I. CALL TO ORDER. At 10:00 in the morning, the chairman Hon. Josephin G. Caparoso
convened the body members are formally called the meeting to order.
II. INVOCATION. A moment of
prayer was offered by Hon. Rene Caparoso.

Chairman said:
 Since the Program of Work (POW) is available we proceed for the publication of the project for
the fast implementation and securing the accurate work base on the program.
 Requested the BAC Member to discuss briefly the description, requirements and scope of work of
the project.

Since no more question, no more other matters discussed for consideration, on motion of Kag.
Ronilo Cadenas and unanimously seconded by all present, so the meeting adjourned at 11:30 in
