    SUMMARY REPORT
    I. OBJECTIVES OF
    THE ACTIVITY By the end of the activity, the participants shall be able to:
    1. To deliver the State of Barangay Address;
    2. To inform the constituents of the financial status,
    accomplishments, on-going and plans Program,
    Projects, and Activities of the Barangay and the
    Sangguniang Kabataan;
    3. To render/present committee, and reports; and
    4. Discuss other matters.

    II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

     The Activity started at 9:20AM, with an opening prayer


    led by Ptra. Evelyn Vancio followed by the singing of
    the Philippine National Anthem led by CDW Luisa D.
    Gandalera.

     The Master of Ceremony, Sangguniang Barangay

    B. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

     The State of Barangay Address (SOBA) was rendered


    by the Punong Barangay, Hon. Danilo R. Galolo
     SK Chair Hon. Connie L. Dao-ayan reported the
    financial status of the SK Fund and the purchases of
    the Sangguiang Kabataan.
     Brgy. Treasurer reported the financial status of the
    barangay, the implemented projects from the 20%
    Development fund, the purchases of the barangay as
    of Jan-Sept 2024, the proposed projects funded from
    the 20% Development fund 2025 and the NaTA 2025.
     If applicable, include the name of the guest speaker
    and the topic/message discussed/conveyed.
     PLT Rahanie Garnace discussed about traffic
    ordinances, implementation of wearing of the
    reflectorized vest for motorcycle riders, illegal
    gambling, issuance of Police Clearance, and reminded
    the barangay council and tanod to continue to manned
    the barangay checkpoint and do roving at night to
    maintain peace and order.
     SFO1 Paguirigan discussed the safety measures to
    prevent fire at home and the importance of securing
    clearance before building a house.
