SUBJECT: LAC Session in RPMS, PPST and e-SAT

1. The LAC Session in Action Research and Innovation is scheduled on the

following dates:

 February 23, 2021 (Tuesday)

 February 24, 2021 (Wednesday)
 February 26, 2021 (Friday)

The LAC Session will be held at New Moriones Elementary School from 8: am to
5:00 pm.

2. The training aims to:

Re-orient teachers on the adjustments made in the PPST and RPMS.

Prepare a well-organized portfolio.
Reflect on which RPMS objectives must be improve and where
teachers need coaching and mentoring.

3. Participants are advised to bring laptop and extension wire.

4. Enclosure A and B includes the Working Committees and Program.

5. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.

TRAINING PROPOSAL
RATIONALE With reference to DM-PHROD 2021-0010 entitled
“Guidelines on the Implementation of the Result-based
Performance Management System (RPMS) for School Year
(SY) 2020-2021” Which aims to orient the field personnel
on the adjustments made in the RPMS for teachers in the
time of COVID-19.

In this orientation of RPMS tools, processes and

protocols and accomplishing the e-SAT will be discussed.
This will also serve as a supplementary reference materials
in the implementation of the Result-based Performance
Management System in the time of new normal.

In this regard, New Moriones Elementary School will be

conducting a LAC Session in RPMS and PPST. The said
activity aims to help the teachers in preparing a well-
organized portfolio.

OBJECTIVES  1. To orient teachers well on the adjustments made in the

PPST and RPMS

2. To prepare a well-organized portfolio of teachers

3. To assess the needs of teachers in their professional

development with the help of e-SAT result.
